Bookish Item| Loki Comics I Want to Read

As you might know, I adore Loki. He’s by far my favorite Marvel character and I couldn’t be more excited that he got his own tv show. This week we got the fist episode and it reminded me I had a bunch of Loki comics saved on my Marvel Unlimited app to read. So let’s take a look at those! Can’t Wait Wednesday| All These Bodies – Kendare Blake

We wanted to do another bookish meme on Wednesday and after doing Can’t Wait Wednesday a few times we decided that would be a fun one to bring around more often! About twice a month you’ll see this meme on our blog.

Can’t-Wait Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Wishful Endings, to spotlight and discuss the books we’re excited about that we have yet to read. Generally they’re books that have yet to be released. It’s based on Waiting on Wednesday, hosted by Jill at Breaking the Spine.

TTT #188 | Books I Loved that Made Me Want More Books Like Them

We have been having fun with Top Ten Tuesday, so we decided we will do one every week. This bookish meme was hosted by The Broke and the Bookish, and has been going since June 2010! Since January 2018 Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl.

This week’s topic is Books I Loved that Made Me Want More Books Like Them. The wording is a bit off, but the idea is that you talk about a book that made you want to read more books like it for example in the same specific genre or about a certain topic. So let’s jump in! Down the TBR Hole #55

Unfortunately the past two weeks haven’t been good for my want to read list on Goodreads. Since my last Down the TBR Hole I’ve added 12 books to this shelf. Oops!

Down the TBR Hole was originally created over at Lost in a Story. It looked like a fun and productive way to finally make a dent in that Goodreads TBR. I went through my want-to-read shelf a little while ago but I think I was still to kind on a lot of books. Let’s see what I’ll make of it this time around. I decided to go with 10 books at a time so lets get started!

Review | Dead Voices – Katherine Arden

Last month was Middle Grade May and I tried (and failed to be honest) to read a bunch of MG books. One of the books I really wanted to read was the sequel to Small Spaces; Dead Voices. These MG books are very creepy, but I did love the first one so I finally read the second book in the series. And today I want to tell you what I thought about the book. So let’s jump in!
