Mini Reviews | Comic Edition #6
I realized it had been some time since my last comic reviews and have since read a couple. So today seemed like the perfect time to do another one of these mini reviews. I will be talking about one more fun, slice of life kinda comic and two more gritty, thriller kind of comics. And when I say comic, I also mean graphic novel as I never know what term to use. So I just use both whenever I feel like it haha. Continue reading “Mini Reviews | Comic Edition #6”
Review| Love Songs & Other Lies – Jessica Pennington
We’re in the middle of the summer and I have been loving contemporary books lately. The Facebook group TBR & Beyond is doing a group read of Love Songs & Other Lies by Jessica Pennington. Of course that meant I needed to read this as well. It’s been on my TBR since I heard about it, so I was excited to see if I would love it like I thought I would.

Review| The Art of Taking Chances
The Art of Taking Chances is a collection of short stories. All of these stories are young adult and contemporary (romance). I was introduced to this anthology through Kayla Tirrell. I have read and reviewed a few of her books this past year and loved them! When I heard she would also be writing a story, I needed to read it. The Art of Taking Chances is also a perfect summer read! Today I have a review of the whole book and for each short story!
Review| The Accidentals – Sarina Bowen
Sarina Bowen is an author I have read a few books from. She is mostly known for her romance books and she’s good at them. Not too long ago she announced her first YA book: The Accidentals! This book was released yesterday. Today I want to share my review and a little excerpt. So if you’re curious, keep on reading!
Review| Reign of the Fallen – Sarah Glenn Marsh
Reign of the Fallen was one of my favorite books last month. This book was released in January, but I didn’t have a chance to read sooner. TBR & Beyond had this as a group read and I love participating in those. Reign of the Fallen is a book about necromancers. Did I enjoy reading this book?

Review| My Lullaby of You – Alia Rose
My Lullaby of You is described as a book for fans of Jenny Han and Sarah Dessen. I was sold once I read that. When I saw that it was up for review, I grabbed my chance. Thanks to Xpresso Book Tour and the author for this opportunity.
