Last month I read the non-fiction book I’ll Be Gone in the Dark: One Woman’s Obsessive Search for the Golden State Killer by Michelle McNamara. Michelle wrote this book before the Golden State Killer was identified and unfortunately she died before the was able to finish her book. It did get published and we did a group read in the TBR and Beyond group. Today I want to tell you my thoughts about it! Continue reading “Review | I’ll Be Gone In The Dark – Michelle McNamara”

Book Tour| Something Happened to Ali Greenleaf – Hayley Krischer
Even though I love fluffy stories, sometimes I just need something hard-hitting and that makes you think. Something Happened to Ali Greenleaf isn’t the easiest book to read (content warnings are mentioned in the synopsis), but it’s really important. Today is my turn on the tour being hosted by TBR and Beyond Tours.
A big thanks to the publisher for providing me with an e-arc to read and review!

Review| A Curse of Gold – Annie Sullivan
A Touch of Gold was a book I really enjoyed when I read it. A King Midas retelling and that’s something I’ve never read before. Annie Sullivan is back with the second book in this duology. A Curse of Gold is out now and I was able to get an e-ARC on Netgalley to read and review.

Sarina Bowen, Devney Perry and Rebecca Yarros are each writing a book in Hush Note. Lies & Lullabies in the first book in this rock star romance trilogy and today I want to tell you what I thought!
