A little while ago I used a try a chapter tag to see if I was still interested in the older eArcs I haven’t read yet. While I was excited for them when I requested them, my reading tastes have changed a bit and some of these books just aren’t for me anymore. I have not nearly enough time to spend it on books I don’t enjoy or I’m not excited about so I have to make some decisions. Let’s see what I think after the first chapters! Can’t Wait Wednesday | The Songbird & the Heart of Stone – Carissa Broadbent
We wanted to do another bookish meme on Wednesday and after doing Can’t Wait Wednesday a few times we decided that would be a fun one to bring around more often! About twice a month you’ll see this meme on our blog.
Can’t Wait Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Wishful Endings, to spotlight and discuss the books we’re excited about that we have yet to read. Generally they’re books that have yet to be released. It’s based on Waiting on Wednesday, hosted by Jill at Breaking the Spine. Continue reading “Can’t Wait Wednesday | The Songbird & the Heart of Stone – Carissa Broadbent”
TTT #357| Books On My Fall TBR Part 1
We have been having fun with Top Ten Tuesday, so we decided we will do one every week. This bookish meme was hosted by The Broke and the Bookish, and has been going since June 2010! Since January 2018 Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl.
This week’s topic is Ten Characters Authors Surprisingly Redeemed. I’m not really feeling this topic at the moment, so I’m going to already do next week’s topic, and that is the books on my Fall TBR. We all know I’m bad at sticking to a TBR, but these are books I really am hoping to read soon. Let’s take a look!
5 On My TBR | Need a BUDDY for this READ
As we’ve mentioned before, one of our most important reading goals of is shrinking our physical TBR’s. Sometimes it’s hard to think of what books we still have or what subjects to read about. So we needed a way to keep track of this. 5 On My TBR is a way of keeping track. This is a meme hosted by E from Local Bee Hunter’s Nook. Every week there’s a different prompt for five on my TBR.
This week’s topic is Need a BUDDY for this READ. I really like this topic, there are a ton of books I could use a buddy for haha. It can be so helpful to do a buddyread to actually pick up a book. Let’s see which 5 books I would like a buddyread for right away! Continue reading “5 On My TBR | Need a BUDDY for this READ”

So let’s jump in! Continue reading “Show Sunday | Shows I’m Currently Rewatching 2024 Edition”
