I recently discovered Sarina Bowen’s books and have loved what I have read so far. I have seen people mention the Man Hands series, but it was something I haven’t read yet. There was a sign up to read and review the newest book in the series, Boy Toy. Sarina Bowen and Tanya Eby wrote this book together. It is now available and really good!

As I have said before, middle grade is a genre I really want to read more of. I read Nevermoor earlier this year and fell in love with the way these books are. The Magic Misfits was another book recommended to me. I originally bought it for a middle grade event in TBR & Beyond, but only got to it now! Let’s see what I thought about this book.

R.S. Grey has become, one of my many, favorite romance authors. She is amazing at writing romantic comedies that have you laughing out loud. Not too long ago I read and reviewed Arrogant Devil. I was a bit sceptical about this series after reading The Affiliate. Romance was a bit too much of the story, but The Bound started fixing that. Then I got to The Consort and it just blew me away! This book is action packed from the start. I don’t know why I waited so long to read this series.
Yesterday my review of The Affiliate came online. Today I am back with my review for the second book in the Ascension series. The Bound starts off where the first one ended. I had some issues with the first book. Does this continue in The Bound or have things changed?
K.A. Linde is an author I only know for her romances. I knew she had a fantasy series, so when I saw the sign up to review her fantasy series I had to give it a chance. Gunslinger Girl wasn’t a book that was top priority on my TBR. To be honest, I’ve never read a Western before and that kind of held me back. I did hear a lot of good things about it though. TBR & Beyond had this book as a group read. There was even a chat with the author, so I gave the book a try.
We both loved My Lady Jane and were upset that we waited so long to pick it up. That’s why when My Plain Jane came out, we knew we needed to grab it right away. Our expectations were pretty high! If you want to know if this book met our expectations, check out our review.
