Review| The Oddmire Book One: Changeling – William Ritter

We’ve said it before, but middle grade books really are starting to become a bigger part of our TBR. I’ve really been enjoying them lately, so when I was approached for the blog tour for the second book in The Oddmire series, I couldn’t say know. Even though these books can be read separately, it’s still fun to read them all. Today I want to talk about the first book, Changeling!

A big thanks to Algonquin Young Readers for providing me with an ARC on Netgalley!

As a fan of contemporary books, I knew I needed Date Me, Bryson Keller as soon as I read the synopsis. Before I start my full review, I can tell you that this book was everything I wanted and more. It’s everything I need from a contemporary and left me with a smile on my face. That being said, let’s continue to my full review.

Review| Meet Me at Midnight – Jessica Pennington

When I first heard about Meet Me at Midnight I knew I needed this book! I don’t think I need to tell you how excitedI was when my request for an ARC was approved on Netgalley! After loving Love Songs & Other Lies, Jessica Pennington became an autobuy/read author.

Meet Me at Midnight releases on April 7th and I decided to post my review a bit early to get the word out there. I’m excited for other people to read this book. A big thanks to the author, Netgalley and Tor Teen for providing me with an ARC to read and review!

Review Blast| Great and Precious Things – Rebecca Yarros

So far I’ve loved every book Rebecca Yarros has written! I don’t think I have to tell you that I was really excited when she announced her next book, Great and Precious Things. Part of me was scared though, because The Last Letter was ugly cry material. Today is release day and I want to tell you what I thought of this new book.

A big thanks to Netgalley, the publisher, Wildfire Marketing Solutions and the author for providing me with an ARC to read and review!

Blog Tour| Cub – Cynthia L. Copeland

In all honesty, Cub wasn’t on my radar. Not until the publisher contacted me to see if I wanted to be a part of the blog tour. This middle grade graphic memoir sounded really interesting, so I couldn’t say no. Cub is out in the world tomorrow, but today I wanted to talk about what I thought!

A big thanks to Algonquin Young Readers for providing me with a Netgalley widget to read and review!

Review | To Be Taught, If Fortunate – Becky Chambers

As soon as I saw To Be Taught, If Fortunate by Becky Chambers on Netgalley I knew I had to read and review it. It’s only a novella, so it’s a short and fast read. I read it almost immediately but it took me quite a while to write a review. This is not a novella like any I’ve read before so I had to sort out my feelings first. And today it’s finally time to share those feelings and my thoughts about To Be Taught, If Fortunate with you all! Let’s dive in.
