Another month is over, so it’s time to look back at last month. March is our birthday month, so did that also mean new books? Keep on reading our bookhaul to find out!

Show Sunday | Netflix Shows I Want to Watch Soon
I’m always on the lookout for a new show to watch and I have found a couple. There are some great shows currently on Netflix, some of them were released super recent. And I am really excited to watch them! Let’s take a look at which ones I hope to watch very soon. Continue reading “Show Sunday | Netflix Shows I Want to Watch Soon”
Review| Faebound – Saara El-Arifi
At the beginning of the year I said that I wanted to read more fantasy again and I’m doing good with that goal. Faebound was one of the 2024 fantasy releases I was really excited about and I finally finished reading it (I get way too distracted by books, haha). So keep on reading to find out more about the book and my thoughts!
A big thank you to Netgalley and Harper Voyager for providing me with an eARC to read and review. This does not affect my opinion in any way.
Bookish Beginnings on Friday| Otherworldly – F.T. Lukens
We have a lot of eARC’s and we want to promote them a little bit more. So we decided to do some more Bookish Beginnings On Friday. Today I wanted to share the beginning of Otherworldly. I already talked about this book in my Can’t Wait Wednesday post this week, but now it’s time to read the first few sentences. Let’s take a look!

Bookish Item | Rereading Old Favorites
I have been rereading a LOT lately haha. And one of the things I have been rereading is some old favorites. I have been super curious to see if they would still be as enjoyable this time around. The series I was probably the most curious about was the Raised by Wolves series by Jennifer Lynn Barnes. I remembered it being the best werewolves series ever, would that still be the cases? So I got the audiobooks and last week I listened to all three books. Let’s see how I felt about them! Continue reading “Bookish Item | Rereading Old Favorites”
Review| Belladonna – Adalyn Grace
Belladonna is a book that has received a lot of hype since releasing in 2022. I even grabbed an eARC of this book when it was read now on Netgalley. When a book is really hyped, I tend to be careful, because I’m afraid the hype is going to get my expectations too high. That wasn’t the case with this book and I’m mad a myself for taking so long to read it. So I finally did and want to talk about it, so keep on reading for more!
A big thank you to Netgalley and Little Brown for providing me with an eARC to read and review. This didn’t influence my opinion in any way.
Can’t Wait Wednesday| Otherworldly – F.T. Lukens
We wanted to do another bookish meme on Wednesday and after doing Can’t Wait Wednesday a few times we decided that would be a fun one to bring around more often! About twice a month you’ll see this meme on our blog.
Can’t Wait Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Wishful Endings, to spotlight and discuss the books we’re excited about that we have yet to read. Generally they’re books that have yet to be released. It’s based on Waiting on Wednesday, hosted by Jill at Breaking the Spine.

TTT #334 | TV Shows That Would Have Made Amazing Books
We have been having fun with Top Ten Tuesday, so we decided we will do one every week. This bookish meme was hosted by The Broke and the Bookish, and has been going since June 2010! Since January 2018 Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl.
This week’s topic is Movies/TV Shows That Would Have Made Amazing Books. I watch a lot of tv shows, but I have to say I usually hope books get turned into tv shows (or movies). So thinking about this the other way around is a bit weird. Interesting for sure, but also a bit weird haha. Let’s take a look and see which tv shows I picked! 5 On My TBR| Young Adult Contemporary
As I’ve mentioned before, one of my important reading goals of 2023 is shrinking my physical TBR. Sometimes it’s hard to think of what books I still have or subjects I want to read about. So we needed a way to keep track of this. 5 On My TBR is a way of keeping track. This is a meme hosted by E from Local Bee Hunter’s Nook. Every week there’s a different prompt for five on my TBR.
This week’s topic is Happy 4 Years of #5OnMyTBR Freebie. Contemporary books (even without romance) are something I love and I have quite a few YA books that fit this category, so today I’m talking about five young adult contemporary books on my TBR. Let’s take a look!
