Review| Eight Cozy Nights – Julia Wolf
In Julia Wolf’s book Pixie Cut, we meet Avi’s cousin Yo. He seemed like a lot of fun, so it was quite a pleasant surprise to see him get the spotlight as one of the main characters in Eight Cozy Nights. In the book world we get a lot of Christmas stories, but not Hannukah stories. After reading this novella, I’d say we need more!
Movie Fave or Flop | Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald
After waiting two years it was finally time for Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald! I had been looking forward to this movie for ever and kept watching the movie trailers over and over. Last Tuesday there was a showing of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them and then Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald at my local movie theatre and obviously I had to go even though it was in the middle of the night haha. I need to fangirl about this movie so I want to share my thoughts with you all! Continue reading “Movie Fave or Flop | Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald”

Release Blitz | In Her Space – Amie Knight

In Her Space, the stunning conclusion to the Stars Duet by Amie Knight is LIVE!

I was reunited with Livingston Montgomery in the broad sunshine of a Carolina morning, right where she belonged; in the light.
It’d been too long since I’d seen her face.
She had changed, but so had I.
I was Adam Nova, reformed bad boy. Now, successful business man.
I had it all, except for the one person I’d always wanted, and now I was back to claim her.
She was living in the shadows, just a shell of the former girl I knew.
But it didn’t matter that she tried to hide from me in the dark.
I’d follow her into the deepest depths of hell.
I just wanted to be In Her Space.

Wishlist Wednesday| Christmas Boxes
Last year we had a lot of fun putting together Christmas boxes (click to see what we got for each other last year) for each other. We did it again for our birthdays and just have way too much fun. So with Christmas around the corner, we decided once again to put together a Christmas box. Today we want to share the books we put on our wishlists for this occasion.

Review| Fireworks – Sarina Bowen
In May I read and reviewed Speakeasy and really enjoyed the story. Today is the release day of Fireworks, the next book in this author’s True North series. These books can be read as standalones, but do all involve a certain family.
I do want to start by thanking the author for providing an ARC of Fireworks to read and review. Before starting my review I would also like to say this book does have characters who have been sexual assualted and we read things that happen twelve years before. It’s not graphic, but just a heads up for other readers.
