My House:
Choose Who To Bring Back:
If I could, I would bring them all back! None of these characters really deserved to die! If I have to choose, I would choose Sirius. I think Harry really should’ve had a chance to live with a family member who truly loved him.
Sirius Black – A book with the best father/mother figure.
To start off this tag, I have to actually choose Harry Potter. The Weasleys may have a lot of children and there may be a lot of chaos, but they would do anything for their children. They are very loving. I wouldn’t mind being part of their family.
Severus Snape – A book with a redeemable character
The grandfather in Divesmack is a redeemable character in my eyes. Even though he should’ve been more active in his grandson’s life instead of drinking, I loved the change we saw in this book. He finally figured out that he was needed and opened up Theo when he needed it.
Albus Dumbledore – A book with a great mentor/teacher
I’m sure once I have this posted, I will be able to think of tons of examples. I really love the grandmother in The Exact Opposite of Okay though. In the beginning she really avoids everything that has to do with grief, but when everything happens to her granddaughter she turns into an amazing character!
Hedwig – A book with a great animal sidekick
Reign of the Fallen has a great animal sidekick. Lysander is bear and I loved this character! I can’t wait to see more of him in the nexy book. At least I hope we will see more of him. It’s going to be very interesting to see what happens to all of the characters in Song of the Dead.
Dobby – A book with a character who created bad scenes on accident.
I really have to think about this one. Then I remembered Morgan from the Disastrous Dates series. She is looking to make some money by doing what she does best, setting people up. She may not have her own happily ever after yet, but she’s good at seeing who would match together. Only things get messe up and dates happen with wrong people. Are they really wrong though?
Fred Weasley – A book with your favorite sibling duo.
The character listed for this prompt is one of the characters I have to choose. Fred and George Weasley are funny. They may do a lot of things they aren’t supposed to, but they do it together and really do care for their family.
Nymphadora Tonks – A book with the best family feud.
Scream All Night doesn’t necessarily a family feud, but definitely a family with a lot of neglect and issues. To be honest, I can’t really think of any other family feud at the moment. So this may not be the best, but I loved the dynamics of this one. Dario learns a lot about himself and his family in this book. I love that he learns to accept himself as well.
Cedric Diggory – A book where a character died too young/too soon
Without giving away spoilers for people who haven’t read The Infernal Devices yet, there is a death in there that made me very sad. Definitely a character who was so loving who died way too soon. Especially the way he died wasn’t very fair, but luckily he sticks around in his own way!
Remus Lupin – A book with your favorite shapeshifter
This one is easy! Lysandra from the Throne of Glass series. I didn’t like her character in the beginning, but after Queen of Shadows and Empire of Storms I loved her. Learning her past and what she had to go through made me understand her so much more.
I think that’s the hardest question though, if you could only choose the one character. Which makes me wonder, what character would you bring back?
Thanks for participating 😀 The Weasleys make the best parents <3
It was such a fun tag to do! Harry Potter will always be an all time favorite of mine!
