On of my favorite series is the Inheritance Games series by Jennifer Lynn Barnes. I love her writing and really enjoy all the puzzles and mysteries in this series. So when she announced there would be a fourth book in the series you can bet I immediately added it to my shelves. This week I started reading it and today I wanted to share my first thoughts on it. Let’s take a look!

Review| Once More with Feeling – Elissa Sussman
Once More with Feeling is a book I was really curious about. We get friends to lovers that turns into enemies to lovers. Also a pop star trying to kick off her career again on Broadway. So I was really excited when I got an eARC to read and review this one. It took me a little longer than planned, but I’m finally posting my review today!
A big thank you to the publisher and Netgalley for providing me with this eARC.

WWW Wednesday #45
It’s Wednesday, so time for a new WWW Wednesday to talk about my reading progress and plans. I really love these posts and talking more about what I’m reading before the monthly wrap up. Even if my reading plans change I like thinking about what I’m going to read!
So it’s time for my next WWW Wednesday. This is a weekly meme hosted by Taking On a World of Words and you participate by simply answering three questions:
- What did you recently finish reading?
- What are you currently reading?
- What do you think you’ll read next?
TTT #306 | Favorite Female Friendships
We have been having fun with Top Ten Tuesday, so we decided we will do one every week. This bookish meme was hosted by The Broke and the Bookish, and has been going since June 2010! Since January 2018 Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl.
This week’s topic is Favorite Character Relationships. These can be all kinds of relationships, but as my favorite kind is female friendships I’m trying to stick to those. Let’s jump in! Continue reading “TTT #306 | Favorite Female Friendships”
5 On My TBR| Best Friends
As I’ve mentioned before, one of my important reading goals of 2023 is shrinking my physical TBR. Sometimes it’s hard to think of what books I still have or subjects I want to read about. So we needed a way to keep track of this. 5 On My TBR is a way of keeping track. This is a meme hosted by E from Local Bee Hunter’s Nook. Every week there’s a different prompt for five on my TBR.
This week’s topic is Best Friends. I was looking through my TBR and there wasn’t anything jumping out, so I decided to change the prompt a bit. I decided to talk about five friends to lovers romances on my TBR. Let’s take a look!

Blog Tour| See You on Venus – Victoria Vinuesa
See You on Venus wasn’t a book on my radar, but when I read that it was going to be adapted into a movie I had to say I was intrigued. This also seems to be an emotional read and we all know that I love those.
Today is my spotlight post for the tour hosted by TBR and Beyond Tours. Keep on reading to find out more about See You on Venus.

Down the TBR Hole #109
I wasn’t as enthusiastic as last time and only managed to get one book off of my Goodreads want to read shelf since my last post.
Down the TBR Hole was originally created over at Lost in a Story. This meme is now being hosted by Jody from I’m Into Books. It looked like a fun and productive way to finally make a dent in that Goodreads TBR. I went through my want-to-read shelf a little while ago but I think I was still to kind on a lot of books. Let’s see what I’ll make of it this time around. I decided to go with 10 books at a time so lets get started!
Review | Kingdom of Ash – Sarah J. Maas
My final reread in the Throne of Glass series! It took me a bit to finish this huge book but I did it. And today I want to share my thoughts with you all. There will be spoilers for the previous books in the series but I will try to not spoil this book. Let’s dive in!

Bookish Item | Some More Five Star Predictions
I’ve done some five start prediction posts before, but I decided to do one this month during my reading challenge. If you don’t know, I’ve decided to try and read 30 books in 30 days. I’m mostly mood reading, but there are some books really calling to me.
Here are some more five star predictions I have that I hopefully can talk about at the end of the month. Let’s take a look!
