Down the TBR Hole #55

Unfortunately the past two weeks haven’t been good for my want to read list on Goodreads. Since my last Down the TBR Hole I’ve added 12 books to this shelf. Oops!

Down the TBR Hole was originally created over at Lost in a Story. It looked like a fun and productive way to finally make a dent in that Goodreads TBR. I went through my want-to-read shelf a little while ago but I think I was still to kind on a lot of books. Let’s see what I’ll make of it this time around. I decided to go with 10 books at a time so lets get started!

Review | Dead Voices – Katherine Arden

Last month was Middle Grade May and I tried (and failed to be honest) to read a bunch of MG books. One of the books I really wanted to read was the sequel to Small Spaces; Dead Voices. These MG books are very creepy, but I did love the first one so I finally read the second book in the series. And today I want to tell you what I thought about the book. So let’s jump in!

Earlier today I posted my stop on the book tour for Just Pretend where I reviewed the book. I also had the opportunity outside of that tour to interview the author. Learning more about the authors behind the books you read is always interesting, so I couldn’t pass that up. Keep on reading to find out more in this interview with Tori Sharp!

TTT #187| YA Thrillers I Want to Read

We have been having fun with Top Ten Tuesday, so we decided we will do one every week. This bookish meme was hosted by The Broke and the Bookish, and has been going since June 2010! Since January 2018 Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl.

This week’s topic is a freebie, so I get to choose my own topic. That isn’t always an easy task, haha. I’ve really been enjoying thrillers/mysteries and darker books, so here are ten YA thrillers I want to read soon!
