Instagram is a place I get a lot of my book recommendations and when The Guncle released in May I saw it all over the place. So many readers were really enthusiastic and I have to say it caught my attention. I’m always afraid of hyped books, because my expectations definitely increase when a book is so loved. Kelsey Kingsley has become one of my favorite authors. She really knows how to make you love her characters and sucks you into her stories. When I read The Bromance Book Club in November 2019 I never expected it to take me almost a year and a half to read the next book in the series. I loved that book, so I’m surprised I didn’t jump right in when I had the chance.
