Review| Past Present Future – Rachel Lynn Solomon

Today Tonight Tomorrow is one of my favorite books by Rachel Lynn Solomon and I was so excited when she announced Past Present Future. Rowan and Neil’s adventure during their senior class game was just so much fun to read. So reading about them going off to college was something I wanted in my life.

So today I want to talk about Past Present Future, that released this week, and what I thought. So keep on reading to find out more. Also, a big thanks to Netgalley and Simon & Schuster Book for Young Readers for providing me with an eARC to read and review. This doesn’t influence my opinions at all.

The Hemlock Queen – Hannah F. Whitten

When I was reading The Foxglove King in February I was really enjoying myself and decided that I couldn’t wait for the sequel. So while I was reading, I requested The Hemlock Queen on Netgalley. I was excited that I was approved. The Hemlock Queen released on April 9th, and today I want to tell you about this book and what I thought!

Be aware, this is a sequel, I’ll try to keep my review spoiler free, but the synopsis could spoil a bit of book one. Also, a big thank you to Netgalley and Orbit for providing me with an eARC to read and review. This doesn’t influence my opinion in any way.

Review| The Tainted Cup – Robert Jackson Bennett

Even though I haven’t read and Sherlock Holmes books, I always find it interesting if books have characters that are a lot like Holmes and Watson. If you add a fantasy story with a mystery to the mix, I’m sold. That was the case with The Tainted Cup! I finally sat down and read this one, so I want to tell you about it and my thoughts. Keep on reading to find out more!

A big thank you to Netgalley and Del Rey for providing me with an eARC to read and review. This doesn’t influence my opinion in any way.

Review| Powerless – Lauren Roberts

Powerless is a book that seemed to take the bookish community by storm. This book sounded right up my alley, so I was really excited to read it. I think it took me a bit longer, because reading hyped books is always a bit tricky, because sometimes you go in with higher expectations without realizing it. I did finally sit down and read Powerless and want to tell you about the book and my thoughts today, so keep on reading!

A big thanks to Simon & Schuster’s Children Publishing and Netgalley for providing me with an eARC to read and reviews. This doesn’t influence my opinion in any way.

Review| The Rule Book – Sarah Adams

My first introduction to Sarah Adams was When in Rome and I loved that book. When I found out about The Rule Book, I also listened to the audiobook of The Cheat Sheet. As a big fan of second chance romances and marriage of convenience in romance books, I knew I needed to read The Rule Book. So today I’m going to tell you about the book and what I thought. Keep on reading to find out more!

Review| Faebound – Saara El-Arifi

At the beginning of the year I said that I wanted to read more fantasy again and I’m doing good with that goal. Faebound was one of the 2024 fantasy releases I was really excited about and I finally finished reading it (I get way too distracted by books, haha). So keep on reading to find out more about the book and my thoughts!

A big thank you to Netgalley and Harper Voyager for providing me with an eARC to read and review. This does not affect my opinion in any way.

Bookish Item | Rereading Old Favorites

I have been rereading a LOT lately haha. And one of the things I have been rereading is some old favorites. I have been super curious to see if they would still be as enjoyable this time around. The series I was probably the most curious about was the Raised by Wolves series by Jennifer Lynn Barnes. I remembered it being the best werewolves series ever, would that still be the cases? So I got the audiobooks and last week I listened to all three books. Let’s see how I felt about them! Continue reading “Bookish Item | Rereading Old Favorites”

Review| Belladonna – Adalyn Grace

Belladonna is a book that has received a lot of hype since releasing in 2022. I even grabbed an eARC of this book when it was read now on Netgalley. When a book is really hyped, I tend to be careful, because I’m afraid the hype is going to get my expectations too high. That wasn’t the case with this book and I’m mad a myself for taking so long to read it. So I finally did and want to talk about it, so keep on reading for more!

A big thank you to Netgalley and Little Brown for providing me with an eARC to read and review. This didn’t influence my opinion in any way.
