I read and reviewed Lifel1k3 quite some time ago, but didn’t take the time to read the sequel, Dev1at3. Before I started I did a reread of Lifel1k3 and then dived right into Dev1at3. All I can say before starting my review is saying that I’m very happy I decided to wait. After that ending, I need the third and final book. But first, let’s talk about Dev1at3!

Jennifer L. Armentrout is one of my favorite authors and I’ve read almost all of her books (there are still a few I need to get to, but I’m working on it). So when I heard she had a surprise book, I knew I needed to get my hands on it! From Blood and Ash is the start of the Blood and Ash series and her first high fantasy series. Review| Sawkill Girls – Claire Legrand
Sawkill Girls has been on my radar since I hear about it releasing. The cover is very intriguing and the story sounded like something I’d love. I received this book last year and finally sat down to read it. Horror isn’t my go to genre, but it’s one I’m curious about. Keep on reading for my review!
Review| Dance of Despair – Kara S. Weaver
Bookish friends are the best and even more so when they write books that you love. A really good friend of mine wrote her first book last year, Crown of Conspiracy, and I loved it. I’m a bad friend, because I still need to write that review, but that will change in the near future. The second book, Dance of Despair, came out at the end of February and it was so good.
This is a sequel, so I’ll do my best to give you all of my thoughts without any spoilers. I want you to be able to read the first book and experience all the feels before diving into this one. So let’s take a look at my review!

Review| White Hot Kiss – Jennifer L. Armentrout
Jennifer L. Armentrout is one of my favorite authors and I’ve read almost all of her books. About five years ago I read The Dark Elements, but only had them as e-books. I personally didn’t like the covers at all! This year they all got a cover change before the first book in the spin-off series was released.
I knew I needed these covers and felt that a reread was a good start before diving into the spin-off. White Hot Kiss is the first book in this trilogy and today I want to tell you what I thought about this book!
