TTT #277| Top 100 Goodreads Romance TBR

We have been having fun with Top Ten Tuesday, so we decided we will do one every week. This bookish meme was hosted by The Broke and the Bookish, and has been going since June 2010! Since January 2018 Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl.

This week’s topic is favorite heroines/heroes, but I’m not feeling this topic at the moment. Next week is a genre freebie. I just saw the top 100 romance books list for the last three years on Goodreads. I’ve actually read quite a few of these, but there are some I still want to read, so let’s talk about those.

People We Meet On Vacation – Emily Henry

So far I’ve loved Beach Read and Book Lovers by this author. I also have an eARC of her next release, Happy Place. People We Meet on Vacation is the only book I haven’t read yet besides the eARC. I love friends to lovers romances and I have a feeling I’m going to love this one as well.

Things We Never Got Over – Lucy Score

Things We Never Get Over is a book I’ve seen everywhere since it released. This grumpy/sunshine romance is one I’ve heard nothing but amazing things about. The second book releases next week, so it’s really time for me to read it.

Neon Gods – Katee Robert

Neon Gods is a sexy Persephone and Hades retelling that a few of my friends loved. This series has 4 books so far and I see it’s getting at least two more. I’m still debating if I want to listen to the audiobooks or read it physically.

Twisted Games – Ana Huang

Twisted Love was a great book and the ending gave us a little glimpse of the romance we’re getting in Twisted Games. The forbidden bodyguard romance sounds like something I’m going to love. I’ll be picking up this one really soon.

Terms and Conditions – Lauren Asher

After loving The Fine Print I’m actually shocked I haven’t read Terms and Conditions yet. A lot of readers say they loved this one even more than the first book. The third book is out now, so I need to get through this series soon.

All Rhodes Lead Here – Mariana Zapata

Mariana Zapata is often described as the queen of slow burn romance and I’m very intrigued by that. All Rhodes Lead Here is a grumpy/sunshine small town romance. It’s almost 600 pages and I can’t wait to read it.

The Road Trip – Beth O’Leary

Beth O’Leary is an author I’ve been wanting to read something by. Road trips can be a lot of fun, but ends up being with her ex unexpectedly for the rest of the trip. This sounds like it’ll be a second chance romance and I’m curious to see how it plays out.

A Not So Meet Cute – Meghan Quinn

I read the third book in this Cane Brothers trilogy first and absolutely loved it! Breaker is on top of the book boyfriend list and I’m curious to see if Huxley can top this character. Romance books seem to getting bigger and this one is almost 500 pages, haha.

The Roughest Draft – Emily Wibberley

I love the idea of a couple writing books together. In The Roughest Draft this couple isn’t together anymore, but has a contract to finish one more book together. Will writing this book bring them back together? I’ve been wanting to read this one for way too long.

Part of Your World – Abby Jiminez

Part of Your World is another book I’ve been wanting to read for way too long! I’ve heard such amazing things about it. I’m a fan of romcoms and this seems to be one that will have me laughing out loud.
