Review| Odd Spirits – S.T. Gibson

Novellas in series can be hit or miss for me, but after reading Evocation, I was really curious about Odd Spirits. This short story actually released in 2018 for the first time when S.T. Gibson and it was self-published. Earlier this month a new, rewritten edition was published by Angry Robot. Today I want to tell you about this story and what I thought!

The Hemlock Queen – Hannah F. Whitten

When I was reading The Foxglove King in February I was really enjoying myself and decided that I couldn’t wait for the sequel. So while I was reading, I requested The Hemlock Queen on Netgalley. I was excited that I was approved. The Hemlock Queen released on April 9th, and today I want to tell you about this book and what I thought!

Even though I haven’t read and Sherlock Holmes books, I always find it interesting if books have characters that are a lot like Holmes and Watson.
