A couple of months ago, I read Well Met and it was a fast and fun read. Even though I did want a bit more romance. The sequel, Well Played, released at the end of September and it was the October swoonalong read! Today I’m going to talk about what I thought of this book!

Well Met is a book that we’ve both had our eye on since it released. If you look at the cover and know it takes place a Renaissance Faire, it should be clear why we needed to read this book. I read a lot of intense books and ones that can be pretty emotional, so sometimes I just need something that makes me laugh. Christina Lauren is a well known name when it comes to romantic comedies and after reading Josh and Hazel’s Guide to Not Dating, I knew I needed more. So a good friend of mine and I decided to give The Unhoneymooners a go. What did I think? Keep on reading to find out!
When I read that Spin the Dawn was being pitched as Mulan meets Project Runway, I have to say that got my attention. This book came out almost a year ago, but I just haven’t had the chance to read it yet. Last month I picked it up at the bookstore to read for a group read this month. I’m so happy I finally picked this up, because Spin the Dawn was so good. Keep on reading for my full review!
Dragons are something I think is really interesting, but I haven’t read many books yet with them present. When I heard about House of Dragons, I knew I needed to read this book. Not too long ago I did a buddyread and I’m glad that I didn’t wait to pick this one up. Keep on reading for my full review!
