Review| Of Poseidon – Anna Banks

Sometimes you buy certain books that look really interesting to you and then they sit on your shelves for awhile. When you do finally pick them up and read them, you end up angry for not picking them up sooner. This is what I experienced with Of Poseidon. I bought this trilogy awhile ago and finally read this first book in March!

TTT #75 | Rainy Day Reads

We have been having fun with Top Ten Tuesday, so we decided we will do one every week. This bookish meme was hosted by The Broke and the Bookish, and has been going since June 2010! Since January 2018 Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl.

This week’s topic is Rainy Day Reads. I had to think about my picks for a while even though I love rainy days! When we would go camping I would always hope for a rainy day or two so I could stay in bed and just read all day long. Some of these books are me reminiscing but others I genuinely think would be great to read on a rainy day. So let’s get into! Continue reading “TTT #75 | Rainy Day Reads”

Review| Watch Me Unravel – Julia Wolf

After reading Times Like These, I knew I needed books about all of the members of the band. Nick was a great start, but that definitely didn’t prepare me for David. Watch Me Unravel is the second book in the Blue is the Color Series. This book was released last week and you need to read it! A big thanks to the author for providing me an ARC to read and review.

Review| Bad Girls Academy – Bailey Cruz

In a Facebook group I’m in, I stumbled upon Bad Girls Academy. The author was looking for more reviews of the first book in this Secret Agent Girl series. I read the sypnopsis and it sounded really promising. A school for teenagers to be trained as a spy? That sounded like something I needed to read. A big thanks to the author for providing me an ARC to read and review!

Review | The Princess and the Fangirl – Ashley Poston

I read and loved Geekerella almost two years ago and was very happy when a companion novel was announced. Geekerella is set at ExcelsiCon and The Princess and the Fangirl is set at that same con, but a year later. As I said, I really enjoyed Geekerella by Ashley Poston. So I was expecting The Princess and the Fangirl to be something similar. A fun, geeky, cute, romance-y YA book. Did I find what I was looking for in this book? Keep on reading to find out!
