It’s hard to believe it’s already time to write the review for the last book in the Roommate Duet series. I’ve enjoyed Hunter & Lennon (Baby Mine & Baby Yours) as well as Sophie & Mason (Truly Mine & Truly Yours). Not too long ago I read the first book in Maddy & Liam’s duet (Always Mine) and have been anxiouly awaiting for their conclusion. This week Always Yours is out in the world and I want to tell you what I thought of this book.
A big thanks to Kennedy Fox and Wildfire Marketing Solutions for providing me with an ARC to read and review!

If you’ve read my review for Always Mine, you will know I loved it, but had a few issues with the some of the events in the story. That didn’t stop me from getting very invested in Maddie and Liam’s relationship. Always Yours starts right where the first book left off.
Kennedy Fox is good at keeping you at the edge of your seat and sometimes you get events you never expect. That happened quite a few times with Always Yours. I don’t want to spoil, so you definitely need to read and experience this all on your own. What I love the most is how invested I become in these characters. Always Yours is another rollercoaster ride. Once again, I have my questions when it comes to the way this plot went. For me it dragged on at times and some things seemed a bit too much. This story could’ve ended just a bit sooner.
That being said, the romance had me hanging on. The connection between Liam and Maddie is everything and I will never have enough. This is slowburn done right and I need more books like this. Even with all the danger and seriousness, there is still plenty of humor, sexy times and heartwarming moments. Add the characters from previous books we’ve come to love and this book left a smile on my face.
There is also a new story hidden in this book and I can’t wait until I have it in my hands. I don’t think there has been a characters Kennedy Fox has written that I haven’t come to enjoy (except for the “villains” of course! Always Yours was the ending all of the characters deserved.
