Bookish Item| November TBR

As you all know (if you’ve been following the blog for a while), I love making TBRs, but I’m not good at sticking to them. When I make a TBR I am really excited about all of the books on my list. My mood just tends to take me other places. Let’s see what I put on my November TBR. Keep on reading to take a look.

Group Reads

I will have a few more group reads, but at the moment they’re still unknown.

A Curse for True Love – Stephanie Garber

Our series slayers group is finishing our last series read of 2024 by reading A Curse of True Love this month. It’s always satisfying when you complete a series. I don’t plan on looking up the synopsis, because I’m currently still working on The Ballad of Never After.

Flopping in a Winter Wonderland – Jason June

Besides this adorable cover, the fact that this takes place at a year round Christmas themed park, had me sold. Add in a romance and this sounds like the perfect holiday read.

The Serpent and the Wolf – Rebecca Robinson

I’ve been wanting to read more fantasy romance. The Serpent and the Wolf seemed like a good choice to do that and has a few of my favorite elements. We get a slow burn, enemies to lovers romance and political intrigue. I’m hoping I love this one as much as I expect to!

Physical TBR/Backlist

As usual, I always pick three random books from my spreadsheet to read every month.

Delicious Monsters – Liselle Sambury

Horror isn’t my go to genre, but Delicious Monsters also seems to have a psychological thriller aspect to it. I’ve been wanting to read this since I read and loved this author’s Blood Like Magic duology. Delicious Monsters has a mysterious mansion and that seems like the perfect element to read about on a dark and rainy day.

The Right Move – Liz Tomforde

Mile High was such a fun romance and now it’s time for me to read about Ryan this time. Best friend brother’s romances are a lot of fun, and I have a feeling this one won’t disappoint. I enjoyed meeting both characters in the first book.

The Way I Am Now – Amber Smith

The Way I Used to be was such an emotional story and ended with Eden going after the boy who assaulted her. This book takes place after this event when she starts college and the trial is set to begin. Eden and Josh never had a fair chance at a relationship in high school, but will they now? I know this is going to be another emotional read. Eden deserves happiness after everything.

So that’s my November TBR! Have you read any of these? Or are there any books on your TBR you can’t wait to get to? Let me know in the comments. I’d love to hear from you.
