Hobby Hub | My First Junk Journal Pages

I went to Paris with my mom this past Tuesday and Wednesday, it was wonderful and also the perfect opportunity to finally start my junk (or creative) journal. Last week I shared hobbies I have gotten a ton of supplies for and this was one of them. So I’m really happy to say that I have finally started. And I am pretty happy with how they turned out. Let’s take a look!

I started on the journey to Paris with this first page, I had some cute stickers that felt very fitting and of course I had to incorporate my train ticket. This was so much fun to do and I loved actually starting this hobby.

When walking around in Paris I started collecting small things from the places we ate and from our shopping. My mom enjoyed this and helped me get some ‘junk’. I’m not completely done with these pages yet but I loved how this following spread turned out. This is something from our hotel and from most of the places where we got food. I especially love how I was able to use the menu from the Mexican place we ate at. Looking at this spread makes me really happy.

This final spread isn’t completely done yet, my glue was all gone so not everything it secured down yet haha. I used this place as an overview of (almost) all of the shopping I did in Paris. This page could use some colour so I would like to add something, but I’m not sure how to do that yet. I could use some ideas if you have any!

These are my first junk/creative journal spreads and I had so much fun putting them together. I can’t wait to add more pages and let that creativity flow. These don’t have to be perfect at all and that makes it so much easier to work on them. Do you have a creative hobby? I would love to hear from you down below.
