With the last month of the year right around the corner, it’s time for our last wishlist Wednesday post for the most anticipated releases of 2024. Next month we start looking at 2025. December is normally a pretty slow release month compared to other months of the year, so let’s see what’s releasing that we’re excited about!
A Five-Letter Word for Love – Amy James (December 3rd)
My boyfriend, mother, and I all play Wordle together everyday. At the moment we’re close to a 100 day streak. So when I saw that A Five- Letter Word for Love has a main character who plays Wordle and maybe even falls in love because of it, I knew I needed this book.
Under Loch and Key – Lana Ferguson (December 3rd)
So far I’ve loved all of the books Lana Ferguson has written, so of course I need Under Loch and Key. This is Lana’s next paranormal romance and I can’t wait to get my hands on it.
Bourbon & Secrets – Victoria Wilder (December 6th)
I read Bourbon & Lies earlier this year and couldn’t get enough. There isn’t much known about Bourbon & Secrets yet, but I don’t even need to know more to want this book. Hopefully this romantic suspense series continues to be as amazing as the first book.
A Monsoon Rising – Thea Guanzon (December 10th)
The Hurricane Wars is a book I read at the very beginning of 2024 and I loved it! So needless to say I’m excited to see how this story will continue in A Monsoon Rising. I can’t say much about this one, because it is a sequel and I don’t want to spoil the first book for everyone.
The Rules of Royalty – Cale Dietrich (December 10th)
I love royalty romances and the fact that they say The Rules of Royalty is a spin on The Princess Diaries makes me very excited. Two princes of neighboring countries fall in love and I need this in my life.
Wyatt – Jessica Peterson (December 26th)
Cowboy romances are something I’m starting to enjoy more and more, and Cash was such a pleasant surprise. The ending left us anxiously awaiting the release of Wyatt, and I’m so excited for his story. Wyatt is a friends-to-lovers and fake dating romance. All of my favorite things!
Dating and Dragons – Kristy Boyce (December 31st)
Dungeons and Drama was a book I read earlier this year and really enjoyed. So I was really excited that the author decided to write another book in this world. I’ve played Dungeons and Dragons before and I love seeing it incorporated in books.
So those were the books we’re looking forward to releasing in December. Did we miss any releases you’re really excited about? Let us know in the comments. We’d love to hear from you.
Under Loch and Key is on my list too. Hope you enjoy all of them.
