WWW Wednesday #70

It’s Wednesday, so time for a new WWW Wednesday to talk about my reading progress and plans. I really love these posts and talking more about what I’m reading before the monthly wrap up. Even if my reading plans change I like thinking about what I’m going to read!

So it’s time for my next WWW Wednesday. This is a weekly meme hosted by Taking On a World of Words and you participate by simply answering three questions:

  • What did you recently finish reading?
  • What are you currently reading?
  • What do you think you’ll read next?

What did you recently finish reading?

Cash – Jessica Peterson

This cowboy romance was so much fun! While I didn’t really like Mollie in the beginning, this book ended up being everything I wanted and more. We have found family, banter, slow burn romance, and so much more! I can’t wait for the next book releasing near the end of the year.

The Pairing – Casey McQuiston

Red, White & Royal Blue is still one of my favorite book. That makes me want to read everything Casey McQuiston writes. Unfortunately, The Pairing wasn’t a favorite of mine. Theo was a character that kind of annoyed me. Kit’s POV the last half of the book saved this one. That and the traveling and food they talk about.

What are you currently reading?

Fang Fiction – Kate Stayman-London

In Fang Fiction our main character is a huge fan of a book series. This is her comfort series and she ends up finding out that everything is real. Her favorite characters are trapped and she agrees to help them out. I’m about 30% into my eARC of this at the moment and I’m loving it. Besides the story, we also get excerpts of the books, podcast transcriptions, and news articles about the series. I’m having a good time.

Kingdom of Ash – Sarah J Maas

At this very moment, I’m 63% into Kingdom of Ash. I just haven’t wanted this series to be over. So far I’m loving every minute of this book. I have a feeling things are going to get very emotional now that we’re heading to the climax of this book. I’ll have my tissues ready.

What do you think you’ll read next?

Once Upon a Broken Heart – Stephanie Garber

The discussion for this book in on Sunday and I’m a host, so I’ll definitely be picking up Once Upon a Broken Heart next. This trilogy has had a lot of hype and I’m curious to see if this lives up to that for me.

Daisy Haites – Jessa Hastings

So I also recently read and actually enjoyed Magnolia Parks (even if I didn’t like the characters at all, haha). Since I finished that book I’ve been wanting to read Daisy Haites. I’ve heard a lot o people like her more than Magnolia, so it’s time for me to sit down and read this one.

So that’s my WWW Wednesday for this week! Have you read any amazing books lately? Let me know in the comments. I’d love to hear from you.
