It’s Wednesday, so time for a new WWW Wednesday to talk about my reading progress and plans. I really love these posts and talking more about what I’m reading before the monthly wrap up. Even if my reading plans change I like thinking about what I’m going to read!

What did you recently finish reading?

A Holly Jolly Ever After – Julie Murphy & Sierra Simone

After loving A Merry Little Meet Cute, I was very excited for A Holly Jolly Ever After. Winnie and Kallum’s story was cute and spicy. I loved both of the characters, but I didn’t love this one as much as the first book.

Part of Your World – Abby Jimenez

I’ve heard a lot of amazing things about Abby Jimenez and finally read Part of Your World. This book was really good and I loved both of our characters. It took me a little bit before I was completely pulled in, but once I was I couldn’t put the book down. Both of our characters learn a lot from each other. I’ll be reading more by this author soon.

 

What are you currently reading?

Iron Flame – Rebecca Yarros

Iron Flame released a month ago and I’ve finally gotten around to reading it. Part of me is still really scared for the ending of this book, because I have no clue how long it’ll be until the third book. I’m about 100 pages in at the moment and it’s been intense.

Big Nick Energy – Morgan Elizabeth

Last year I loved Tis the Season for Revenge, so I was excited to see another holiday themed book by Morgan Elizabeth. Shae is a character we met in that book and I’m glad to see she’s getting her own story. Nick is definitely a great main character for this story and I’m loving him. I read 50% of this book in one sitting.

 

What do you think you’ll read next?

Betting on You – Lynn Painter

Lynn Painter has become one of my favorite authors and I need to read her newest release. I just got my paperback of Betting on You and I’m excited to sit down and read it.

The Christmas Wager – Holly Cassidy

We still have a few days until Christmas, so I’m starting another Christmas book. The Christmas Wager sounds like it’s going to be a Hallmark movie, except as a book. I love stuff like that, so I’m very excited.
