Quite some time ago we started doing the 5 On My TBR bookish meme and it was a lot of fun, so we want to bring this meme to the blog more regularly! This bookish meme is hosted by E from Local Bee Hunter’s Nook. This week’s prompt is no romance, but it’s the day after Valentine, so I decided to do last week’s prompt: love.

Let’s talk about five romance on my shelf waiting to be read!

The Roommate – Rosie Danan

I’ve seen this book everywhere since it released and it’s gotten a lot of amazing reviews. The Roommate sounds like it’s going to cute and steamy. At least if I can believe all of the reviews. Books that could have me smiling while reading are definitely ones I should put on top of my TBR.

Boyfriend Material – Alexis Hall

Boyfriend Material is another book I’ve seen everywhere and heard amazing things about. I have to say after reading Red, White & Royal Blue I’ve been looking for more books with that kind of vibe. Even though these books are a lot different being in the spotlight is definitely something they both have in common. I love fake dating and we all know feelings always come into play. I can’t wait to read this.

My Favorite Half-Night Stand – Christina Lauren

Christina Lauren has become one of my favorite rom-com duos (even though I have a lot of their backlist to go) and this book sounds like fun. My Favorite Half-Night Stand has a main character that tries to find a date through online dating and I have a feeling that will have me laughing out loud.

The Replacement Crush – Lisa Brown Roberts

If I’m honest, I’m shocked I haven’t read The Replacement Crush yet. It’s a book I’ve seen around for a few years now and it’s one I’ve wanted to read since. I finally added it to my shelf last month. From what I know it references popular books and I love when I see stuff like that in stories.

Take a Hint, Dani Brown – Talia Hibbert

Get a Life, Chloe Brown was such a good book and I was really excited about reading about the next Brown sister. Yet again another book I had hoped to have already read, but I will get to it soon. The third book in this trilogy releases next month and I need to get ready (even though they can be read as standalones). Again, another story of fake dating. This is going to be fun!
