It’s Wednesday, so time for a new WWW Wednesday to talk about my reading progress and plans. I really love these posts and talking more about what I’m reading before the monthly wrap up. Even if my reading plans change I like thinking about what I’m going to read!

What did you recently finish reading?

Fall I Want – Lyra Parrish

It’s the perfect time of year for being cozy! Fall I Want is a cozy romance with a little magical realism. Autumn and Zane were fun characters and I normally don’t enjoy instalove, but even though this went really fast it just seemed to work. I will say that the book felt just a little too long with just a little too many spicy scenes.

A Condition Called Love Vol. 15 – Megumi Morino

I can’t believe I’ve already read 15 volumes of this manga. After enjoying the anime, I’m glad that I continued reading this series. In this volume we’re really seeing some character development and death. I’m curious to see where we go from here.

What are you currently reading?

Blood & Betrayals – Jeanette Rose & Alexis Rune

This book is one I kept seeing everywhere and it sounded really good. I love books with a magical academy and different beings. I’m about 40% into this book at the moment and I’m hooked. Summer is an interesting character and I really don’t know where it’s going to go. We have the word betrayals in the title, so it also makes me scared.

All In – Bella Matthews

After reading a Christmas novella by Bella Matthews, I really wanted to give more of her books a try. A friend gave me a reading order, so I’m working on this new adult romance. So far it’s sweet and a fast read. This group of friends is a lot of fun.

What do you think you’ll read next?

The Gilded Ones – Namina Forma

My series slayers group is tackling the Deathless trilogy as our last series of 2026. I can’t say I know what this YA fantasy is about, but I enjoy going into books blind. I’m hoping to have a great time!

Station Eleven – Emily St. John Mandel

My in person book club is this Saturday and I still need to start Station Eleven, haha. It’s not a huge book, so it won’t take me too long. This book takes place in a book after a pandemic. I’m really curious to see what takes place after living through a pandemic, haha.
