It’s Wednesday, so time for a new WWW Wednesday to talk about my reading progress and plans. I really love these posts and talking more about what I’m reading before the monthly wrap up. Even if my reading plans change I like thinking about what I’m going to read!

What did you recently finish reading?

Playbook – Rebecca Jenshak

Rebecca Jenshak is becoming one of my favorite romance authors. Playbook was filled with banter, steam, and some swoony moments. Brogan and London were both interesting characters and I love them together. I’ll never get enough of the Holland brothers.

Skyward – Brandon Sanderson

Skyward has been on my shelves for so long and it’s a book I feel like I should’ve read sooner, haha. This had training sequences, action, politics, and lots of character development. I’ll be reading the sequel in June. I’m hoping we get more Doomslug.

What are you currently reading?

Boundless – Cynthia Hand

At the moment I’m about 130 pages into Boundless. This is the final book in Unearthly trilogy. I’m having fun, but I will say I think I enjoyed book 1 and 2 just a little bit more. It’ll be nice to finish another series.

The Fake Divination Offense – Sara Raasch

Last year, I read and loved The Entanglement of Rival Wizards and I’m so glad we’re getting Orok’s story now. I’ve only read two chapters so far and we’re going to head into some fake dating. I’m loving every minute of this so far.

What do you think you’ll read next?

Hopeless Necromantic – Shiloh Briar

My Discord book club voted for Hopeless Necromantic to be a group read this week, so I’ll be picking this up! The cover alone had me sold on reading this book.

Reign – Katharine McGee

Seeing how I’ll be finishing up the Unearthly trilogy, it’s time to finish up another one. Reign is the final book in the American Royals series and the third book ended with a cliffhanger. It’s nice to check things off and see how the story wraps up.
