It’s Wednesday, so time for a new WWW Wednesday to talk about my reading progress and plans. I really love these posts and talking more about what I’m reading before the monthly wrap up. Even if my reading plans change I like thinking about what I’m going to read!
So it’s time for my next WWW Wednesday. This is a weekly meme hosted by Taking On a World of Words and you participate by simply answering three questions:
- What did you recently finish reading?
- What are you currently reading?
- What do you think you’ll read next?
What did you recently finish reading?

Dom-Com – Adriana Anders
Dom-Com was a fun and spicy story. I loved that our characters meet each other in sex club and find out they’ll be working together the next day. The way the relationship between these two develops was interesting. Both really need the other for different reasons. I do wish that the club and that side of their relationship was developed just a little bit more.

To Cage a Wild Bird – Brooke Fast
I’m in my dystopian era and To Cage a Wild Bird was just what I needed. The prison, the politics, and the romance we get introduced to were so interesting! I couldn’t put this book down and at the ending left me wanting more! The sequel to this can’t come fast enough.
What are you currently reading?

By the Bootstraps – Alexa Martin
Cowboy romances are something I can’t say no to, so By the Bootstraps is on my Kindle being read as we speak. Our main character is trying to start over and it feels like instead of dealing with what has happened in her life, she’s kind of running away. In comes a handyman that’s going to help her fix up her house. I already see everything playing out and I’m having a great time so far.

Death’s Daughter – S.A. Barnes
I don’t think I’ve ever read a book where the main character is literally death’s daughter. Death just named her his successor and things are getting intense! There’s also a romance going on and I have a feeling it’s going to be an interesting one. This book is really hard to put down, so I don’t expect it to take long before I finish this one.
What do you think you’ll read next?

A Widow’s Charm – Caitlyn Paxon
The premise of A Widow’s Charm sounds like so much fun! Our main character is a widow and blackmails her necromancer neighbor into bringing her husband back to life, but ends up falling for him. I have a feeling this is going to be so much fun.

The Summer of Second Chances – K.L. Walther
K.L. Walther has written a couple of books I’ve enjoyed. I’m still working on her backlist. The Summer of Second Chances seems like the perfect book to read this weekend with some warmer temperatures heading our way. The synopsis has me believing that it’s going to be an emotional one though.
So that’s my WWW Wednesday for this week! What have you been reading lately? Let me know in the comments. I’d love to hear from you.
