It’s Wednesday, so time for a new WWW Wednesday to talk about my reading progress and plans. I really love these posts and talking more about what I’m reading before the monthly wrap up. Even if my reading plans change I like thinking about what I’m going to read!

So it’s time for my next WWW Wednesday. This is a weekly meme hosted by Taking On a World of Words and you participate by simply answering three questions:

What did you recently finish reading?

The Killer Question – Janice Hallett

I love a book told through mixed media and that’s exactly what this mystery gave me. The Killer Question is told through emails, reports, text messages, and pub quiz topics and results. I was sucked into this one right away and had a great time. I didn’t figure out how it would all play out, but it was pretty clever!

Love & Other Killers – Brynne Weaver

The Ruinous Love Trilogy was so much fun and I was very excited the author gave a us a little short story that takes place a while after this trilogy ends. It was great being back with these characters and the author had me laughing a lot. I love how all of these characters found love and a family they didn’t know they needed.

What are you currently reading?

Rayne & Delilah’s Midnite Matinee – Jeff Zentner

So far I’ve loved every book I’ve read by Jeff Zentner and so far this one is holding up to that standard. I appreciate that his characters are flawed and are working through things. They tend to be a bit emotional, but I love that in stories. I’m curious to see how this will play out.

Immortal Consequences – I.V. Marie

A boarding school and a tournament/trials? Yes, please! Those are two elements I love in a book. The fact that this book is dark and literally on the line between life and death makes it perfect for the time of the year. A friend and I are buddy reading Immortal Consequences and are almost halfway through. I’m really enjoying this book so far.

What do you think you’ll read next?

Rewitched – Lucy Jane Wood

The temperatures are cooling down and I’m in the mood for all of the cozy reads. I wanted to read Rewitched last year, but that didn’t end up happening. I have a feeling I’ll love this one.

The Will of the Many – James Islington

So I’ve had The Will of the Many on so many TBRs, and I’m determined to finally sit down and read this book. A lot of readers love this one and are all shocked by the ending. It’s really time for me to find out what this is all about. The sequel actually releases before the end of the year, so perfect timing!
