Seeing Jensen Ackles star in a new series means I’m interested in it! Even though there were only 3 episodes out when I came across the series. I still wanted to share my first thoughts on this show and hopefully get more viewers hooked!

An LAPD officer joins a secret task force to investigate a suspicious murder, but uncovers a sinister plot that requires the team to unite and save millions in the city.

Countdown is a Prime Video series and at this moment there are 4 episodes available. Every Wednesday a new episode aires and it looks like there will be 13 episodes in total in this first season.

Like I said, Jensen Ackles plays a role in this series, as does Eric Dane. I really like these actors and without knowing much more than that I decided to give the series a try. At the time there were 3 episodes available and I watched them all in quick succession. And as soon as the fourth episode dropped, I watched that as well.

The show is about a special Taskforce and I really enjoy these types of shows. Our man characters all have something going on in their backstory that makes them do things a little bit different than their coworkers. I know this sounds a bit vague, but I also don’t want to spoil anything haha. Just know this show already made me emotional a couple of times and I’ve just seen 4 episodes haha.

So far I’m really enjoying the show! How the story evolves and how the case or season ends might make or break the show, but so far so good. For now I would definitely recommend this show!
