It’s almost March, which means it’s almost our birthdays. They’re close together, so it’s a lot of fun for both of us to see what books will be releasing in our month. March tends to be a busy bookish month, so let’s take a look at our most anticipated March releases!
Kills Well With Others – Deanna Raybourn (March 4th)
I read Killers of a Certain Age last year and thought it was a really fun story. The main characters are middle aged women, not something I read often! I didn’t realize there was going to be a sequel until a week or 2 ago but I added it right away.
Our Infinite Fates – Laura Steven (March 4th)
I have talked about this one a couple of times already! Laura Steven is a wonderful person and author and she deserves all the good things. I also love the sound of this one, fated mates that are destined to kill each other in every lifetime? Sign me up!
Promise Me Sunshine – Cara Bastone (March 4th)
Ready or Not was one of my favorite books last year, so I was so excited about Promise Me Sunshine. This is going to be another emotional and heartwarming story I think. We’re also getting a slow burn romance according to the synopsis. Sign me up!
Wild Side – Elsie Silver (March 4th)
I’ve been loving everything Elsie Silver and I couldn’t put the first two books of the Rose Hill series down. We’re getting what seems to be a marriage of convenience between two characters we’ve met in the previous books. I’m excited to get my hands on this one.
The Ragpicker King – Cassandra Clare (March 4th)
Sword Catcher was the first book I read that didn’t take place in the Shadowhunter world and I was very intrigued. This was a slower book, but enough happened that makes me want to know what happens next. I’m glad that we’re finally getting the sequel.
Burn It All Down – Amber Lynn Natusch (March 6th)
This is the perfect joined birthday gift to us! After loving Dare You To Lie (how can I not as a Veronica Mars girlie) I have been eagerly anticipating the next books. Somehow I never ended up finishing the third book but the fourth and final one is out soon, so I guess I should read Come Out and Play very soon.
Go Luck Yourself – Sara Raasch (March 11th)
The Nightmare Before Kissmas was so much fun, so I’m very much looking forward to Go Luck Yourself releasing in March. This time it’s about the spare prince of Christmas and the crown prince of St. Patrick’s Day.
The Great Orchid Heist – Eleanor Vendrell (March 13th)
I talked about this one in a Can’t Wait Wednesday recently and I’m excited for this release. A heist already gets me excited, but I also really like that they are trying to steal a flower. That’s not something we see often haha.
Story of My Life – Lucy Score (March 13th)
Lucy Score is giving us a new small town romance, and Story of My Life is the first in the series. I’ve seen this described for fans of Gilmore Girls and Schitt’s Creek. Seeing how Gilmore Girls is one of my all time favorite shows, you know I need to read this one. I also believe our main character is an author.
Sunrise on the Reaping – Suzanne Collins (March 18th)
This book is going to make me so emotional, I just know it. I love the original Hunger Games trilogy and I loved the part where we hear about Haymitch’s games. It is such a shame they left that part out of the movies, but I guess now I’m not mad because we might get a whole movies after this book? I haven’t heard anything about it yet, but it makes sense since we immediately got a movie with The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes.
This Book Will Bury Me – Ashley Winstead (March 25th)
In 2025, I want to read more thrillers and This Book Will Bury Me is one I really want to read. Five amateur sleuths hunt for an elusive killer, and I have a feeling this is going to get very interesting.
So those are our most anticipated March releases! Do we have any in common? Or are there any that we missed? Let us know in the comments. We’d love to hear from you!
Ohh, there’s so many good releases in March! I’m currently on a book buying ban, so I’m trying not to read about too many new releases. I’m easily tempted.
Wow, March has an abundance of exciting new releases! I’m on a book buying ban at the moment, so I’m doing my best to avoid reading about too many of them. I find it hard to resist the temptation!
