One of my reading goals this year is once again to finish some series. I decided to pick 6 series I would love to finish this year. While I used to choose mostly series I already completely owned before, I decided to do it a little bit different this time. Let’s jump in!

Monsters – Vanessa Len
1 book to go

I adored the first two books in this series so much! This book is one of my most anticipated releases of the year and I have really high hopes for it. I was pleasantly surprised by the first book and loved the second one as well. This will be a series I for sure will finish this year.

Heartstopper – Alice Oseman
2 books to go

I really like this graphic novel series and I’m pretty sure the sixth and final book will be released this year. Since I also still have to read book 5, I hope to read them both this year as soon as book 6 releases. This has a wonderful romance but also talks about important topics like mental health.

Something Dark and Holy – Emily A. Duncan
1 book to go

This one has been on my TBR for way too long! I really liked the first book and enjoyed the second one. While I should’ve read this last one right away, I do still think I will enjoy this one and hopefully the important details will come back to me while reading.

Jade City – Fonda Lee
2 books to go

I finally read Jade City and really enjoyed it, just like I knew I would! So of course I want to dive into the rest of the series right away. The series is already completed so I hope to read book 2 and 3 soon! Based on the titles, we’re in for a big fight haha.

The Witchlands – Susan Dennard
3 books to go

This series started of really soon and I’m ashamed I still haven’t read the third book even though I’ve owned it for years now. The final book will be released this year and it seems like the perfect time to finally pick up the rest of the series. Hopefully these are just as good as the first books.

Wayfarers – Becky Chambers
2 books to go

It’s been a while but I loved the first 2 books in this series. I love the cosy vibe these science fiction books have and I keep saying I want to read more scifi books so these seems like the perfect ones to pick up.
