Bookish Item | My Favorite Rereads of 2024

I reread quite some books in 2024 and I thought it would be fun to take a look at them! Out of the 93 books I read, 29 were rereads. That’s 31%! I’ve come a long way, a couple of years ago I didn’t reread books at all and look where we are now. Let’s take a look at what I reread in 2024!

House of Sky and Breath – Sarah J. Maas

This was my first reread of 2024, just in time for the release of House of Flame and Shadow. It was nice to reread, I liked having all the details fresh in my mind before diving into the third book. But I also totally forgot I reread this one in 2024.

Raised by Wolves series – Jennifer Lynn Barnes

I used to love this series and was so curious to see if I would still enjoy it. In my mind it was a little better than when I reread it but it was still really good! I think this is such a unique werewolf trilogy and still wish it had gotten more love in the past. Jennifer Lynn Barnes made some awesome (and gut wrenching) choices and I do enjoy them every single time.

A Deadly Education series – Naomi Novik

This is one of my favorite YA fantasy series and I loved it just as much when I reread it. I enjoyed it maybe even more knowing what is coming. The reread definitely made me emotional and I appreciated the focus on friendships even more. There are some amazing quotes in there and I will reread this series again for sure.

Throne of Glass series – Sarah J. Maas

I actually reread this series twice! To be honest, I was influenced by TikTok for sure. There are so many edits and seeing those quotes gets me to tear up every single time. I adore this series so much and every time I reread them I go through them so fast. But I also bawl out my eyes haha.

All for the Game series – Nora Sakavic

This was the other series I reread twice. It was also my last reread of the year and I think my favourite. I simply adore this series and can get through all 3 books in one weekend easily. Yes I know it isn’t the best written thing out there, but it is SO MUCH FUN and it is incredibly addictive. I love the characters and I adore the sports aspect.
