It’s Wednesday, so time for a new WWW Wednesday to talk about my reading progress and plans. I really love these posts and talking more about what I’m reading before the monthly wrap up. Even if my reading plans change I like thinking about what I’m going to read!

What did you recently finish reading?

Daisy Haites – Jessa Hastings

Magnolia Parks was a book that frustrated me so much, but I couldn’t stop reading. Daisy Haites is the next book in the series and after reading it, I understand that people like Daisy a bit more. There is still a lot of drama and the characters aren’t exactly all likable, but I’m so invested in these fictional people.

Grave Matter – Karina Halle

This horror/psychological thriller had me hooked from the start. Sydney is on an island for an internship/summer program and things aren’t what it seems. Things get really creepy and pretty dark. The writing had me hooked and even though the middle was a little slow, there were so many twists I didn’t see coming.

What are you currently reading?

Heartless – Elsie Silver

After reading Flawless last year, I’ve been wanting to continue with this series. When I started Heartless and loving it, I was kind of mad at myself for taking so long continuing, haha. At the moment, I’m over halfway through Willa and Cade’s romance and loving it! There is so much humor, tension, and heartwarming parts of the story. I’m going to be sad when I finish this book.

The Striker – Ana Huang

Even though I still haven’t finished the Twisted Love series by Ana Huang, I was really curious about The Striker. I’m almost halfway through this book sports romance and I’m enjoying it so far. We’re getting to the point where Asher and Scarlett are getting close and I’m here for it.

What do you think you’ll read next?

Just for the Summer – Abby Jimenez

Okay, so it’s already fall and I’m in such a Christmas mood, but I want to read this summer book before the end of the year. I have the audiobook and after loving reading Yours Truly while following along while listening, I want to do it again. So many readers seem to love Justin and Emma, so it’s my turn to love them as well.

Magnolia Parks: The Long Way Home – Jessa Hastings

I’m not a reader that normally binges series, but I don’t think I can help myself with Magnolia Parks. After how everything happened at the end of Magnolia and BJ’s first book, I need to know how their story continues. I know we’re getting a lot of drama and I need to know!
