We thought it was time for a fun new post every week. In the Royal Update one of us updates you about our personal life, bookish news, what we’re reading, watching and listening to and anything else that might apply to this post. We thought it would be fun to share a bit more about our personal lives and hope you think so too!
I WENT TO THE ERA’S TOUR! At the least possible minute I was able to get a ticket to the Era’s Tour and I went to Poland to see Taylor Swift. I was so happy! A friend of mine was also going to that show, so I booked the same hotel and got to hangout with her and her friends.
It was an awesome show and I loved that I got to hangout with my friend beforehand. I truly had the time of my life and it was worth every euro I spend on it. Apart from reliving the memories I also bought a bunch of plants for my garden and I have been working on my garden a lot this past week as well. Last weekend, there was a carnival and a party in the next time over and I went with a couple of friends. I’m enjoying my last couple of days of summer vacation before I have to go back to work next week.
No new eARC’s this time around!
I’m still listening to The Ashes & The Star-Cursed King, although I”m really close to finishing that one. After seeing some tiktoks I fell down the fanfiction rabbithole and I’m currently reading Manacled. I have a ton of fanfics downloaded on my Kindle now so I might be reading a couple more before I go back to my other books haha.
After finishing the A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder series I somehow jumped back into watching Veronica Mars. It’s one of my absolute favorite series and I have so much fun with my rewatch. I’m about two thirds into this rewatch so I’ll probably finish it by the end of the week haha.
I’m still in my Taylor Swift on repeat era, I’m reliving the concert over and over while belting out my favorite songs haha. My neighbours haven’t been complaining yet ;).
