It’s Wednesday, so time for a new WWW Wednesday to talk about my reading progress and plans. I really love these posts and talking more about what I’m reading before the monthly wrap up. Even if my reading plans change I like thinking about what I’m going to read!

What did you recently finish reading?

Five Feet Apart – Rachael Lippincott

Five Feet Apart was on my TBR for years and I finally read this one. I bought it right before a movie was announced (and I still haven’t seen the movie). This story was very bittersweet. I loved the love story, but Stella and Will would literally make each other sick if they got too close. I’m glad I finally read Five Feet Apart. It hit me in all the feels.

A Fate Inked in Blood – Danielle L. Jensen

A Fate Inked in Blood is a book I’ve been wanting to read since I’ve heard about it and for some reason I kept putting it off. Last weekend I finally sat down and read it in one day! I loved this fantasy romance and Freya and Bjorn were such amazing characters. Like I say in my review that will be published soon, the only thing that could’ve made this better would’ve been Bjorn’s POV.

What are you currently reading?

Killer Content – Olivia Blacke

I’m really trying to read more backlist books and I decided to pick up Killer Content. Our main character, Odessa, is in New York house-sitting for her aunt and works at a bookstore/cafe. When one of her coworkers ends up dead after a flash mob went violent she doesn’t think it’s an accident. Odessa is a quirky character and I’m enjoying this book so far. I’ll probably be finishing it today.

A Love Like the Sun – Riss M. Neilson

A Love Like the Sun is a friends to lovers romance and I’m about 20% in. I’m loving both of the characters and I can’t wait to see how it continues. I also have to mention this stunning cover.

What do you think you’ll read next?

It’s going to be a busy reading week for me. My Discord book club had a lot of great suggestions for our weekly reads, so I’ll be trying to read 8 books this week. These are the first two I’ll be starting with.

Next to You – Hannah Bonam-Young

After loving Out on a Limb and Next of Kin, I had to add Next to You to my TBR. This seems to be a friends to lovers romance and I love those, so I’m hoping this will be another 5 star read for me by this author.

Love Unwritten – Lauren Asher

I read Love Redesigned in February and absolutely loved it. I’m still surprised at times that contemporary romances over 500 pages seem to work for me, but they do. Love Unwritten is the second book in this trilogy and we have Rafael as a main character this time. We meet him in the first book and I’m excited for his story.
