We thought it was time for a fun new post every week. In the Royal Update one of us updates you about our personal life, bookish news, what we’re reading, watching and listening to and anything else that might apply to this post. We thought it would be fun to share a bit more about our personal lives and hope you think so too!

When this comes online it’ll be my first official week of vacation. These last two weeks were busy and messy at work, so again I don’t have much to really talk about. My next Royal Update should have some fun things, because we do have some outings planned. I also started my 30 books in 30 days challenge and I’m excited to see how I do!

I added four books to my Kindle since my last Royal Update. All of these look amazing and I really need to read Royal Blood really soon!

Since my last Royal Update I finished reading: Christmas in Quincy, My Roommate is a Vampire, A Court of Thorns and Roses (re-read), Snow Place Like LA, Summer Hates Christmas, Funny You Should Ask, XOXO, Don’t Swipe Right, Meet Me in the Margins, Wasted Words, Once More with Feeling, and Consider Me.

I’m currently reading Out on a Limb, Things We Hide From the Light, Fourth Wing (re-read), and A Court of Mist and Fury (re-read).

Next I’ll be reading The Way of Kings, Text Appeal, Beartown, and Assistant to the Villain.

I recently watched Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 now that it’s on Disney+. Last weekend I also watched Romance in Style and Afterlife of the Party. Both were a lot of fun! Last but not least, I started re-watching One Tree Hill. It’s one of my favorite shows and it’s time to visit these characters again.

Last time I was listening to a Pop Mix and now I’ve been listening to a 2000s mix. I’ve been loving these playlists.
