WWW Wednesday #26

It’s Wednesday, so time for a new WWW Wednesday to talk about my reading progress and plans. I really love these posts and talking more about what I’m reading before the monthly wrap up. Even if my reading plans change I like thinking about what I’m going to read!

So it’s time for my next WWW Wednesday. This is a weekly meme hosted by Taking On a World of Words and you participate by simply answering three questions:

  • What did you recently finish reading?
  • What are you currently reading?
  • What do you think you’ll read next?

What did you recently finish?

Lovelight Farms – B.K. Borison

After really enjoying In the Weeds I decided it was time to give Lovelight Farms a try. I mean it takes place on a Christmas tree farm, so it’s the perfect time of the year. This book has fake dating and friends to lovers, so I was a happy reader. I really enjoyed this story!

Shipped – Meredith Tate

I’ve been working on Shipped for awhile. The whole idea of these characters bonding over a fandom is something I really enjoyed, but the female main character really annoyed me at times. Shipped was still a fast and fun read.

A Kingdom of Flame and Fury – Whitney Dean

A Kingdom of Flame and Fury was a great start to a new series. I loved learning about the new world and our main character Raven. A lot happened and the ending definitely leaves me wanting more. Thankfully  I have an e-arc of the sequel I will be reading soon.

What are you currently reading?

The Christmas Wish – Lindsey Kelk

The Christmas Wish is a fun holiday read that takes the whole Groundhog Day concept to heart. Our main character keeps reliving Christmas day, but doesn’t know why. I’m halfway through and I’ve laughed out loud quite a few times.

Witcha Gonna Do? – Avery Flynn

Witcha Gonna Do? is a cute witchy read so far. We get dual POV and quite a bit of humor. I’m halfway through and kind of wish a little bit more was already happening, but so far I’m having a good time.

What do you think you’ll read next?

Talk Santa to Me – Linda Urban

Our main character wants a second chance at her second first kiss. This is also in the middle of the holidays, so I’m hoping for a romantic and heartwarming story.

So This is Christmas – Jenny Holiday

I read Duke, Actually last year and really enjoyed myself. So I have to read the next book in this series, So This is Christmas. Our two main characters must work together to make Eldovia great again, but also fall in love. The question is, will it work out? Sounds like the perfect time of year for a book like this.

So that’s my WWW Wednesday for this week! Have you read anything interesting lately? Or what are you currently reading? Let me know in the comments! I’d love to hear from you.
