It’s Wednesday, so time for a new WWW Wednesday to talk about my reading progress and plans. I really love these posts and talking more about what I’m reading before the monthly wrap up. Even if my reading plans change I like thinking about what I’m going to read!
So it’s time for the first WWW Wednesday. This is a weekly meme hosted by Taking On a World of Words and you participate by simply answering three questions:
- What did you recently finish reading?
- What are you currently reading?
- What do you think you’ll read next?
What did you recently finish reading?
Book Lovers – Emily Henry
I had a feeling I’d love Book Lovers and I was right. After the first page I knew it was going to be amazing and I tried reading it as slow as possible. I didn’t want this story to end. Emily Henry will definitely be an auto-buy author for me from now on.
Along for the Ride – Rachel Meinke
As someone who loved boy bands growing up, I knew Along for the Ride would be for me. Our main character’s brother is a pop star and will be going on tour. Even though she has her own soccer things she wants to do she’s forced to go. Her favorite boyband is opening up for her brother and of course there’s a little romance. I loved this book!
The Dead Romantics – Ashley Poston
I started off July with The Dead Romantics and read it in one sitting. Florence and Benji were amazing characters and if you like the movie Just Like Heaven I definitely recommend reading this one.
What are you currently reading?
The Accidental Newlywed Game – Jaci Burton
Our main characters end up getting drunk together and wake up the next morning married. You know this is going to get interesting. I love fake dating and when things like this happen. I’m only 10% in while typing this, but I already know it’s going to be fun.
A Court of Silver Flames – Sarah J Maas
A Court of Silver Flames is the only book in the ACOTAR series I haven’t read yet, so it’s time for me to change that. I’m reading a few chapters here and there between the books I have blog tours or discussions for. Nesta and Cassian are characters I’ve been curious about, so it’s time to finally read this book.
What do you think you’ll read next?
It Happened One Summer – Tessa Bailey
It Happened One Summer is a book that was really popular when it released and again recently now that it’s been announced it’s being adapted. I joined a book club that’s reading this duology in July, so it’s time for me to find out what it’s all about.
Queerly Beloved – Susie Dumond
Our main character tends to put other’s needs before her own and may have finally found something she wants for herself. When she loses her job she becomes a bridesmaid for hire. We all know that’s going to be interesting! Also, look at this amazing cover!
So that’s my WWW Wednesday for this week! What are your reading plans for this week? Have you read anything amazing more people need to know about? Let me know in the comments! I’d love to hear from you.
