We thought it was time for a fun new post every week. In the Royal Update one of us updates you about our personal life, bookish news, what we’re reading, watching and listening to and anything else that might apply to this post. We thought it would be fun to share a bit more about our personal lives and hope you think so too!

I’ currently on vacation with my brother. Last week we went shopping to get the last things to get ready for our trip. First we’re going to Phantasialand, an amusement park in Germany. Next stop is my parents place in France and on our way home we’re go to Disneyland Paris. We both love amusement parks and I’m so grateful I can do trips like this with my brother!

One new eARC; Starfall by Jamie Cass. This is the start to a new dark academia fantasy series and it sounds promising!

I haven’t finished anything yet, I’m still reading The Right Move and The Poison Daughter and I hope to finish both this week. Most of my time has gone to my puzzle books haha. Oh, I did finish my reread of Tower of Dawn and I’m currently listening to Kingdom of Ash.

I rewatched Ted Lasso to get ready for the new season! And I watched R.J. Decker on Disney+ which was a nice surprise. I also started watching Furious, so far so good!

I went to Harry Styles in Amsterdam with a friend of mine and lately we’ve been sending each other alllll the tiktoks haha. So now I’m back in my Harry Styles era and I have been listening to the album a lot again.
