We thought it was time for a fun new post every week. In the Royal Update one of us updates you about our personal life, bookish news, what we’re reading, watching and listening to and anything else that might apply to this post. We thought it would be fun to share a bit more about our personal lives and hope you think so too!

I’ve had my first week of summer vacation and I tried to do as little as possible. This first week I really needed to just rest and get my energy back. So I have been gaming, sleeping, drank some wine with friends and I found a new obsession. As you might know, I love puzzles and puzzle books and this weekend I bought The Killer Isn’t Alice. I am enjoying it maybe a little too much and didn’t go to bed until 2.30 at night last night haha. After I finish this one, I know I will be getting another one right away!

No new eARC’s this time!

I finished my rereads of Queen of Shadows and Empire of Storms and I’m currently rereading Tower of Dawn. And you might not believe it, but I also finished 2 non rereads haha; Mile High and The Secrets We Hide. I’m currently reading The Right Move and The Poison Daughter.

After finishing the latest season of Criminal Minds I have fallen down the Grey’s Anatomy rabbit hole. I stopped watching in season 18, but I’m currently watching season 20 and I’m eating it up haha.

After Noah Kahan’s and Olivia Rodrigo’s albums I’m onto the next thing in Sad Girl Summer… Gracie Abrams newest album! I really love it!
