We thought it was time for a fun new post every week. In the Royal Update one of us updates you about our personal life, bookish news, what we’re reading, watching and listening to and anything else that might apply to this post. We thought it would be fun to share a bit more about our personal lives and hope you think so too!

Since my last Royal Update life has been a bit of a roller coaster if I’m being honest. We had some games with friends, the fiance’s father’s birthday and our weekend ended in a horrific way unfortunately. It’s not something I’m going to talk about in detail, but it’s something that may impact my reading for a bit. So for some cheer, I have to share a cute picture of our furry one.

Since my last Royal Update I’ve added another 15 ARCs to my library: How the Story Goes (ALC), Fossil Feud, Songbird in the Gallows, Love Overboard, A Star-Cursed Heart, By the Bootstraps, Let’s Kiss and Tell, Level Up for Love, The Twelve Loves of Christmas, Everything Was Beautiful and Nothing Hurt, Hollow Bones, The Secret Bookstore Sleuth Society, Doomsdate, The Night Bus, and A Summer of Stars.

Since my last Royal Update I finished reading: The Book Club for Troublesome Women, This Is Not About Us, On Thin Ice, Books & Bewitchment, Collide, Training the Heart, Stealing for Keeps, We Burned So Bright, and Love on Ice.

I’m currently reading: The Second Death of Locke, Wild Reverence, and Burnout.

Next I plan on reading: Crash Test, Riding the High, and  NoFear.

We watched the season finale of High Potential and it was quite intense! That ending makes having to wait for season three feel like it’s going to take forever, haha.

While watching an episode of 9-1-1, the song Rescue by Lauren Daigle was playing and I really liked the song, so I decided to look her up on Spotify.
