We thought it was time for a fun new post every week. In the Royal Update one of us updates you about our personal life, bookish news, what we’re reading, watching and listening to and anything else that might apply to this post. We thought it would be fun to share a bit more about our personal lives and hope you think so too!

I went back to work after my two weeks off and it’s been a busy two weeks. Thankfully, our plans got canceled the first weekend, haha. I was so tired! Last weekend we went out to dinner with our neighbors and celebrated the fiancé’s grandfather’s birthday. I’m going to have another busy one this week, so I’m grateful for a long weekend at the end of this week.

Since my last Royal Update I’ve added quite a few ARCs to my TBR: Book Club Boyfriend, Heir of Prophecy, I Hope This Email Finds You in Hell, Not That Kind of Proposal, Maggie and Arthur’s Magic Moment, Immortal Rose, Stranger Things Have Happened (ALC), Death’s Daughter (ALC), Merry Spooky Love, The Queen’s Bodyguard, Soulgazer, Cleo Dang Would Rather Be Dead, and Axe Marks the Spot.

Since my last Royal Update I finished reading: Across the Vanishing Sky, The Bond That Burns, Her Majesty’s Royal Coven, The Wedding Season, Children of Fallen Gods, Valentine’s Slay, No Matter What, A Midnight Pastry Shop Called Hwawoldang, The Book Witch, Maybe in Another Life, and Valentine Nook.

I’m currently reading: Wild Reverence, On Thin Ice, and The Book Club for Troublesome Women.

Up next I’m hoping to read: Happy Ending, This Is Not About Us, Books & Bewitchment, Love on Ice.

We watched Made of Honor and The Money Pit on our last two movie nights. Both were fun to watch. Made of Honor is one I’ve seen a few times, but The Money Pit is an older movie I hadn’t seen yet.

This week I decided to listen to Bruno Mars’ new album. It’s different than his older music, but I had a great time listening to it!
So that’s my Royal Update for this week! How have you been? Read or watch anything amazing? Let me know in the comments. I’d love to hear from you!
