We thought it was time for a fun new post every week. In the Royal Update one of us updates you about our personal life, bookish news, what we’re reading, watching and listening to and anything else that might apply to this post. We thought it would be fun to share a bit more about our personal lives and hope you think so too!

The past weeks I’ve been trying to rest as much as possible outside of work, I haven’t been feeling well but I haven’t been really sick either. It’s this annoying middle part where I absolutely do not feel good, but I also don’t feel sick enough to stay home from work. Especially not as a teacher, knowing there is no one to cover my class thus my coworkers would get 7 extra kids in their already full classrooms. I have been working on my diamond painting and when I was feeling well enough I have been riding my horse, so I’ve had some pretty good evenings in that regard! Next week I’ll be away for a weekend, hopefully I’ll feel better by then!

I just got approved for the eARC of High Season by Katie Bishop. This mystery sounds really good and I’m so excited to dive in!

I’ve finished my reread of King of Scars and Rule of Wolves, both were once again amazing! After that I also finished my eARC of Once a Villain and my audiobook of Hell Bent. I’m currently reading my eARC of Julie Tudor is Not a Psychopath and I’m close to finishing that one. As soon as I do so, I plan on diving back into my eARC of Silvercloak.

Being home a lot, means I’ve also watched a ton of tv shows haha. I finished Rizzoli & Isles and Schitt’s Creek, watched Dept. Q, Space Force and Ransom Canyon, started Mobland and watched part of Fire Country and the start of the newest season of Criminal Minds. Listing it like this makes me realise I watched a lot of shows the past couple of weeks haha.

With Taylor Swift owning the rights to all of her music again, I have been blasting Reputation over and over and over again. It looks like we won’t be getting Rep TV, but hopefully we’ll get the vault tracks soonish <3.
