We thought it was time for a fun new post every week. In the Royal Update one of us updates you about our personal life, bookish news, what we’re reading, watching and listening to and anything else that might apply to this post. We thought it would be fun to share a bit more about our personal lives and hope you think so too!

We had another birthday the weekend after the boyfriend’s grandfather’s birthday. His dad celebrated his birthday that Saturday. It was nice to visit family. Last weekend we had two friends over to play some board games. We tried our new game Apothobakery and it was really cute. Our fluffy one turned 8 last week as well!

Since my last Royal Update, I added another six eARCs to my Kindle. There are just too many books releasing this year that I can’t resist requesting, haha. I got approved for: A Drop of Corruption, The Missing Half, Ruins, I Medusa, Grace & Henry’s Holiday Movie Marathon, and People Watching.

Since my last Royal Update I finished reading: Immortal Prince, One on One, Honest June: The Show Must Go On, Bridesmaid for Hire, My Funny Demon Valentine, Rebel Witch, Roll for Love, Getting it On with Gargoyles, A Thousand Boy Kisses, Until Next Summer, and Enchantra.

I’m currently reading: A Thousand Broken Pieces, A Thorn in Every Heart, Till Death Do Us Part, and How to Fail at Flirting.

Next I want to read Say You’ll Remember Me, Our Infinite Fates, and The Starlight Heir.

For our last move night we watched The Life List. This was an emotional movie, but I did enjoy it. I love movies like this. Last weekend, I finished the first season of The Pitt. I’m a fan of medical shows, and this one was really good. Hopefully, it won’t be too long before we get the second season.

I’ve been listening to a lot of audiobooks recently, but when I do listen to music, I’ve been listening to this 2000s mix.
