It’s Wednesday, so time for a new WWW Wednesday to talk about my reading progress and plans. I really love these posts and talking more about what I’m reading before the monthly wrap up. Even if my reading plans change I like thinking about what I’m going to read!
So it’s time for my next WWW Wednesday. This is a weekly meme hosted by Taking On a World of Words and you participate by simply answering three questions:
- What did you recently finish reading?
- What are you currently reading?
- What do you think you’ll read next?
What did you recently finish reading?
Puck Shy – Teagan Hunter
Hockey romances tend to be my favorite types of romances and I’ve been wanting to read the Carolina Comets series for a while. Teagan Hunter writes romances that make me laugh out loud and that was the same for Puck Shy! I wanted a little bit more of our characters together, but all in all Collin and Harper’s story was a lot of fun.
Black Knight – Rina Kent
I’m devouring the Royal Elite series. Kimberly and Xander’s story was heartbreaking and dark, but I couldn’t get enough. I love the cameos from the characters from previous books and I’m actually sad I only have three more books to go before this series is over.
What are you currently reading?
Blind Pass – Teagan Hunter
After loving Puck Shy, I couldn’t resist continuing with the next book. We met Ryan and Rhodes in the first book and both of them were caught by surprise when they woke up after a drunken night and were married. I’ve only read 4 chapters, so I’m not that far, but I’m already laughing out loud.
Fan Service – Rosie Danan
At the moment, I’m 30% into my eARC of Fan Service. I love when characters were major fans of a certain TV show, books, etc. In this case Alex loved a werewolf detective show and even built a popular online forum for it. She got a rude awakening when she met Devin and he wasn’t as nice as he seemed. Years later he needs help and she can’t refuse. It’s a fun read so far.
What do you think you’ll read next?
Vicious Prince – Rina Kent
I’ve been wanting Ronan’s story for a few books now and it’s finally time. Teal is also a character I want and need to know more about. He tends to be the life of the party, but I have a feeling there’s a lot more than meets the eye.
Magnolia Parks: The Long Way Home – Jessa Hastings
Since I read the first Magnolia Parks book, I’ve been wanting to continue this series. I know there’s going to be a lot of dram, but it’s something I just can’t stop reading. It wouldn’t surprise me if I binge all three books I have left.
So that’s my WWW Wednesday for this week! What have you been reading lately? Let me know in the comments. I’d love to hear from you.
These look interesting.
Have a great week!
