We thought it was time for a fun new post every week. In the Royal Update one of us updates you about our personal life, bookish news, what we’re reading, watching and listening to and anything else that might apply to this post. We thought it would be fun to share a bit more about our personal lives and hope you think so too!

Just as I expected, the week of vacation flew by and I hardly did anything haha. Last week I had my birthday, I had a regular work day but I also got sushi with my parents and brother and we had a fun time. They spoiled me with Lego’s, I’m now the proud owner of 5 of the new F1 Lego cars and another flower bouquet. I also got some art supplies and I’m so excited to use all of them.

Last time I had read a ton, this time around I hardly read anything unfortunately. I am still reading The Sunshine Court and Silvercloak, I also started the audiobook for Gideon the Ninth. And I started reading Pole Position. Hopefully I will have finished some of these next time around.

I watched some great new shows; Zero Day and Running Point. This week was also time for the new season of Drive to Survive, so I watched the first couple of episodes. And I started Paradise last night, another great one!

I’m still constantly listening to the podcast Gilmore to Say, it’s all about Gilmore Girls and I adore these ladies so much. They have a lot to say about the show and I love how they look at it and make so many amazing observations.

That was my Royal Update for the week! It wasn’t that exciting but unfortunately that is what it is haha. My life is so busy that I just haven’t been doing or reading much.
