As we’ve mentioned before, one of our most important reading goals of is shrinking our physical TBR’s. Sometimes it’s hard to think of what books we still have or what subjects to read about. So we needed a way to keep track of this. 5 On My TBR is a way of keeping track. This is a meme hosted by E from Local Bee Hunter’s Nook. Every week there’s a different prompt for five on my TBR.
This week’s topic is already bought. I’m thinking this means books we already physically have on our TBR? And not books we want to read, but don’t own? I guess that’s what this one means. So I’m going to talk about five books I hope to read soon.
Magnolia Parks – Jessa Hastings
For some reason I keep putting off reading Magnolia Parks. It’s one I really want to read about, because what I’ve heard does sound like something I’ll love. There’s a lot of drama and five books out at the moment. I’m determined to finally read Magnolia Parks this year.
When the Moon Hatched – Sarah A. Parker
When the Moon Hatched has been getting a lot of hype. At first when it was self-published, and now even more so now it’s been traditionally published. That being said, When the Moon Hatched seems to be a book you love or you don’t. So I’m curious to see what I think!
The Darkness Outside Us – Eliot Schrefer
Science fiction isn’t a genre I read often, but I do enjoy! The Darkness Outside Us is one that released in 2021 that sounded really good to me. The sequel releases later this year and that’s definitely a sign to read about these two boys alone in space.
The Will of the Many – James Islington
At the moment, I’ve actually read the first 50 or so pages of this and I’m intrigued. The Will of the Many seems to be shocking many readers with its ending and leaving readers wanting more. For some reason I love books with an academy or any type of school/challenges. So I need to sit down and finish this one.
Addicted for Now – Krista & Becca Ritchie
The Addicted series was a pleasant surprise for me and I flew through the first two books. I have Addicted for Now ready to read and I really want to know how this series continues. Addicted for Now is 560 pages, so it’s one that will keep me busy for a bit!
