Today is Thursday so that means it time for another tag! I found this one over at Paper Fury but for the life ion my I can’t find the creator. So if any of you knows who it is, let me know and I’ll credit them. This is a very simple tag, just 20 questions you have to answer. Let’s dive in!

HOW MANY BOOKS ARE TOO MANY FOR A SERIES?

I always want more! So technically too many doesn’t exist for me. However, I do feel when there are more than 4 books I have to wait a long time before all of them are out and there is a chance I won’t finish the series just because I have forgotten everything about the books. Ideally I would just reread the rest before a new release but we all know I hardly ever do that haha.

HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT CLIFFHANGERS?

While they are frustrating I also looooove them. Definitely the way to go in my opinion. I do want to read the next book and this gives me incentive to do so.

HARDCOVER OR PAPERBACK?

I love the look of hardcover, especially when they have a pretty naked cover. But I like the price of paperbacks a lot better and they are usually easier to read. So it all depends on how beautiful the book is and what the price is haha.

FAVOURITE BOOK?

I feel like this question is cruel and unnecessary but okay…. A couple of my favorites include The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue, The Seven Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle, My Lady Jane, Fangirl, Dare You to Lie, The Naturals, The Raven Cycle, Six of Crows, Slay, A Deadly Education,  A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder and To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before. I could go one for a while but I’d say this is a good list haha.

LEAST FAVOURITE BOOK?

There are a couple of books I gave 2 stars, and that is really low for me haha. One that springs to mind right away is Night Film. I was so disappointed in that one and the fact that I spent money on the book haha.

LOVE TRIANGLES, YES OR NO?

Usually I’d say no, but every now and then there are love triangles that are really well done. If that’s the case I don’t mind it but overall just stop with all the love triangles. We usually know who’s going to end up together anyway!

THE MOST RECENT BOOK YOU COULDN’T FINISH?

I don’t DNF books often, but the most recent one I officially DNF’ed was Master of One. Lately I try to DNF eARC’s a bit faster, I don’t want to spend hours on a book I won’t enjoy, I’d rather spend that time promoting an eARC I did enjoy.

A BOOK YOU’RE CURRENTLY READING?

I’m in the middle of My Contrary Mary! And I’m hoping to also pick up Skyward.

LAST BOOK YOU RECOMMENDED TO SOMEONE?

I honestly don’t remember haha. Probably The Love Hypothesis by Laura Steven to Candyce haha. That’s the last book I finished and I loved it.

OLDEST BOOK YOU’VE READ BY PUBLICATION DATE?

According to Goodreads that would be Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland. It’s the only book I read that was published in the 1800’s!

NEWEST BOOK YOU’VE READ BY PUBLICATION DATE?

That is All of Us Villains, which will be released next week! For once I actually read the ARC before the release date haha.

FAVOURITE AUTHOR?

Too many to all write down haha. But that list definitely includes V.E. Schwab, Jennifer Lynn Barnes, Leigh Bardugo, Karin Slaughter, Sarah J Maas, Naomi Novik, Renee Ahdieh, Kendare Blake & Laura Steven.

BUYING BOOKS OR BORROWING BOOKS?

I wish we had a ton of English books at my local library, than I would definitely borrow more. For now I just ‘have’ to keep on buying haha.

A BOOK YOU DISLIKE THAT EVERYONE SEEMS TO LOVE?

I think I missed the boat on a couple of books, for example The Vampire Academy. It’s not that I dislike the book, but it was just an okay 3 star read for me whereas everyone else adores that series.

BOOKMARKS OR DOG EARS?

I usually use bookmarks, but I’ll admit I’m not completely apposed dog ears. In my opinion it just show that someone read the book and I love seeing that books are being read.

A BOOK YOU CAN ALWAYS RE-READ?

I don’t reread as often as I would like, and I usually go back to HP just because it’s so comfortable for me. But I also loved my reread of Throne of Glass and want to reread Rainbow Rowell’s books soon.

CAN YOU READ WHILE LISTENING TO MUSIC?

Yes, not always but I usually put on music. I find it’s too quiet otherwise haha.

ONE POV OR MULTIPLE?

Multiple! I love seeing a story unfold from different sides. It is also great finding everything out alongside that one POV but if I had to pick I would go for multiple. I love fantasy series with a ton of characters and that goes best with multiple POV’s ;).

DO YOU READ A BOOK IN ONE SITTING OR OVER MULTIPLE DAYS?

I hardly every read a book in one sitting. Would love to! But I don’t have that kind of time usually haha.
