Bookhaul | November 2025

Another month is over, so it’s time to take a look at our newest bookhaul! What books were added to our shelves in November? Keep on reading for our November bookhaul.

Candyce

In November I added 20 books to my shelves. I am happy to say I’ve already read 5 of these when this bookhaul will be published. This is a good start of me reading this bookhaul!

Alchemy of Secrets – Stephanie Garber

Alchemy of Secrets is Stephanie Garber’s adult debut! Our main character has always believed that magic was real and when she meets the Watch Man her world turns upside down. This sounds like another magical and whimsical book.

Savage Blooms – S.T. Gibson

I don’t know much about this story except that it’s very spicy! I will say that it’s a stunning edition. Savage Bloom is one that I definitely hope to read soon. I’m a reader who tends to need plot with steam, so it’ll be interesting to see if I end up enjoying this book.

Thorn Season – Kiera Azar

Royalty, magic, and betrayal? Those are all elements I love in stories, so I’m glad that Thorn Season was in my Fairyloot subscription.

A Fate Forged in Fire – Hazel McBride

So I actually have an eARC of A Fate Forged in Fire, but I went to an event at one of my favorite bookstores and Hazel was there. The book is also pretty stunning, so I couldn’t resist having her sign the book. Which means I really need to read this before the end of the year.

The Things Gods Break – Abigail Owen

Last month I read and loved The Games Gods Play, so it was perfect timing for the sequel to be releasing. This is another stunning edition and I hope to read it before I forget the tiny details.

Red City – Marie Lu

I feel like a lot of authors are getting an adult debut this year. One of them is Marie Lu. Red City is set in a glittering alternate Los Angeles and is a contemporary fantasy. This one is also described as The Godfather meets The Magicians? Interesting!

The Strength of the Few – James Islington

The Will of the Many is one of my favorite reads of the year and I’m also glad I didn’t read it until a couple of months before the release of the sequel. The Strength of the Few is a big book, but I’m so excited. I feel like I’ve been seeing mixed reviews, but I’m just as curious as I was after finishing the last page of The Will of the Many.

On Wings of Blood – Briar Boleyn

I’ve been seeing On Wings of Blood everywhere and it sounds so good. This traditionally published edition is stunning. All I know is that a half-fae going to school with vampires is going to be a very interesting combination.

How My Neighbor Stole Christmas – Meghan Quinn

When I was thinking about starting Merry Christmas, You Filthy Animal I realized that I didn’t own How My Neighbor Stole Christmas. I’m not sure how that happened because I was supposed to read it last year, haha.

Between Two Kings – Lindsay Straube

Kiss of the Basilisk was all over the place last year and even though I haven’t read it yet, I wanted to get this sequel. The deluxe editions for the first printing are stunning and I need my series to match.

Miss Winter in the Library with a Knife – Martin Edwards

So I normally only read holiday romances, but Miss Winter in the Library with a Knife sounded like a fun holiday mystery. It sounds like Clue in a book. That’s a game I always loved and I have a feeling this book is going to be a fun time.

Daddy Issues – Kate Goldbeck

The title alone grabbed my attention when I saw this book, but I also love the cover. I love that it looks a little bit like a few comic book panels. Daddy Issues is an age gap romance and I’ve been wanting to read something by this author for quite a while.

Say It Out Loud – Ashley Schumacher

All I know is that our main character in Say It Out Loud has a favorite paranormal romance series. That’s one of my favorite things to see in books, so I’m very excited.

Heart Check – Emily Charlotte

Heart Check is a YA hockey romance and I can’t resist those. The first printing of this one has pretty sprayed edges. I love seeing how many books are getting that these days. They’re so fun!

Fallen City – Adrienne Young

I don’t know a lot about Fallen City but I know we have forbidden love, political intrigue, and a dual timeline? This Fairyloot edition is stunning and I’ve enjoyed books by Adrienne Young in the past.

Seven Deadly Thorns – Amber Hamilton

I’m always intrigued by stories where magic is forbidden and where a lot more is going on in a royal family than meets the eye. Seven Deadly Thorns is a book I’m currently reading with a friend and it’s intriguing so far.

To Cage a Wild Bird – Brooke FastĀ

To Cage a Wild Bird is one I’ve been hearing nothing but amazing things about. Endlock is a prison where the wealthy hunt the inmates for fun. I don’t think I’ve ever read anything like this before. We also seem to get forbidden love and found family. Yes, please!

Your Knife, My Heart – K.M. Moronova

Dark romances seem to be releasing left and right at the moment and Your Knife, My Heart is one I seem to be seeing everywhere. I’m not sure I’ve ever read a dark military romance, so it’s time to change that.

Holiday Ever After – Hannah Grace

You know me, I can’t resist holiday romances. Holiday Ever After is basically a Hallmark movie with spice. That’s all I needed to know! I mean, look at this cover! I’ve already read this one and I see myself rereading this one in the future.

Vice & Violet – Sarah A. Bailey

This is the fourth and final (?) book in the Pacific Shores series. I’ve collected the previous books so I have all of the sprayed edges for these editions. A few friends of mine love this series, so I’m excited to read it myself.

Isabelle

I didn’t get any new physical books this month, I haven’t been reading that much so I don’t want to grow my TBR anymore than necessary haha. What I did get was another audiobook (or 2) so let’s take a look at those!

Audible

Crescent City 3 (part 1&2 of the Graphic Audio version) – Sarah J. Maas

I talked about these audiobook editions in my last bookhaul and I added more for this one haha. The graphic audio audiobooks are amazing and they usually split these big books into 2 parts. I got both parts of the third book in the Crescent City series and immediately listened to them for my reread. Happy to have these in my collection!

So that’s our November bookhaul! Have you read any of these? Or what did you add to your shelves? Let us know in the comments. We’d love to hear from you!
